Friendly staff and well stocked shop and clean too

The shop was tidy and spacious, I found everything I needed easily with signage, very wide range of very reasonably priced items for all pets, not just the furry kind but a wide range for reptiles too, as the owner of 26 differant animals and over 120 tropical fish it's definitely a place i will be going back to often, oh and the staff we're very nice too helpful and attentive. Well done Jollyes.

I got just what I and the dog needed, even the right coloured ball tore lace the one she lost this week.

We were helped by a young lady who carried our 3 month old GSD upstairs to weigh her for us then helped us with the puppy kibble we wanted and a new bed lounger.
She couldn't have helped moreby her knowledge and time she spent with us. She told us that she owned a GSD of her own. So pleased to see that this lovely breed is creeping up the ownership scale again.

Great products, good value for money compared to other pets shops

We popped in for some advise on raw dog food and the manager was more than helpful explaining different brands portion size discussed what she used for her dog really helpful we then returned later on that day to buy a dog bed

Although it was far for me, and Bruno, to travel from Sevenoaks to Tonbridge by bus, it was totally worth it.. excellent service, friendly staff. I loved how well the shop was stocked. I'll definitely be back. They were so good with my 12 year old staffie cross .Thank you Ladies.

Went into the Tonbridge store today as i bought a sack of K9 but the wrong one - only discovered it was the wrong one when i opened it. They exchanged it straight away no problem, i really didn't expect it. Such great service as always. I normally shop in their Aylesford store as its nearer. The staff there are also exceptionally helpful & friendly. After 3 years of being a customer of theirs i'd never go elsewhere
