I’m a big fan of the Jottnar brand
I’m a big fan of the Jottnar brand. Recently purchased my 2nd pair of their shorts, albeit a slightly different style to my original ones. And have now also added the soft shell trousers in the same material. It’s guaranteed quality with Jottnar and everything fits me so well. Very happy.

Due to personal reasons
Due to personal reasons. I have returned items of clothing that I would have otherwise kept. The refunds for both items were dealt with very quickly and with a minimum of fuss. This is the same level of service that I have received whenever I have had to return something or ask for assistance. As always a great service. Thank you.

Impressive turnaround.
I had received the wrong colour trousers and returned these the day I received them, a Saturday. I emailed as per the instructions and also included the tracking details. I asked if the return could be expedited as I was due to be away. I received an email plus refund of my delivery costs on Monday. The replacement trousers on the very next day, Tuesday. This was a faster service than others may have had for the initial order. Hence 5*.
