I’ve ordered several items from Jöttnar, and what has impressed me most is the quality, attention to detail and design of their clothing.

They’re certainly not the cheapest, but in my opinion you really do get what you pay for. The quality is exceptional, and these are clothes you buy once and expect to last for years — if not a lifetime.

I also really like the fact that Jöttnar was founded by former military personnel. That heritage is reflected in the practical, durable and well-thought-out design of the clothing.

My most recent purchase was the gilet, and I’ve been seriously impressed. It’s not only superb quality, but the design is excellent, with a huge amount of thought clearly going into making it practical and well-equipped for modern life.

Would I buy from Jöttnar again? You bet I would.

Great company to deal with when buying online, also knowing a quality product is going to be delivered to me.

You get what you pay for you. Jottnar are serious about the outdoors and provide top clothing and accessories for those that appreciate the difference.

2 lightweight running caps. Reasonably priced. Arrived promptly. Look and perform exactly as described Early days yet but they appear to be quality pieces of kit which will stand the test of time. Fit is perfect

Originally the wrong colour was sent but Jöttnar were quick to swap this for the correct one and refund me the postage for sending the other one back.
Fit is good and the jacket is well made and light. This was a gift and the receiver was delighted.

T-shirt is light, comfortable, soft and simply stylish design. Longer length on the body and some different colour choices.

Super fast delivery. Delighted with pants. Bought primarily for work and general wear and tick all boxes. Not too warm which is a plus for me because if cold just put thermals under. 6ft 3 35 waist and 33 inseam and large fit perfectly. Thank you.

Very efficient, reliable company. No problem with changing dize of garment.
Still problem with delivery company ap that doesn't recognise our post code even though we've live here 40 yrs so never know when parcel will be delivered but fortunately the drivers Sat navigation can find our house!!

Great service and good communication. Disappointed that you have to pay for returns (needed larger) but was able to do this in person at the cardiff unit. Very pleased with the t shirt which was for a gift.

Top quality gear, and you can tell they actually thought long and hard about functionality and features.
The whole purchase process was quick and easy too.

Jottnar use Evri for delivery so would not order again as Evri are appalling.
It would be a good idea to give customers different company options for delivery.
Product looked ok but wasn't true to size and now I have to pay to return.
Returns form included within parcel stated 30 days to return which is true but only if you email customer services within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
Being clever and at best opaque with the returns process does not encourage customers to repeat order or recommend to others.
Won't be ordering again.

Support was exellent, unfortunately the carrier company Evri ruined my experience, was 8 days from placing my order to delivery after staying home for four days.
Sent a replacement the same day I reported the issue.

This company not only produces top quality gear, it is backed up by a first class customer service.
