There was a small problem with my order. Customer service had a replacement on the way before I had even wrapped the item for return, along with an apology and explanation as to why the problem had occurred .

Njorunn Full Zip Fleece.
A great product, it looks, feels and fits as good as you would expect for the price. One of the few occasions that I can say, it was worth every penny. The order process and delivery went without issue. I am extremely happy with the fleece.
