High Quality kit
Ordered from Jottnar for the first time T shirt arrived following day well packed unfortunatly it was unsuitable for me so i returned it for refund , will deffinatly try some other clothing in the future

The product is fine
The product is fine. The issue is the delivery time. I had to wait 11 days from when I ordered. I appreciate that I live in the Highlands of Scotland but other brands can get their delivery’s squared away by two/three days. Please stop using Evri as they are a big part of this problem.

Excellent service once again from this great company. I already have the Asger jacket - one of my favourite pieces of Jottnar kit. The Asger gilet is also great quality and a superb fit it is going to be a fantastic addition to my wardrobe.

Cowardly won’t ship Overseas
Cowardly won’t ship anywhere outside their jurisdiction. However, they used to ship everywhere. In 2026 that is a completely out of touch approach to business and I wish them every failure because of it. Tell everyone.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, even if we're sorry to hear you're frustrated.
You're right that we previously shipped internationally, and we understand that change is disappointing for customers outside the UK. Like many smaller independent brands, we made the difficult decision to pause international shipping due to the significant complexities around courier costs and tax and duty costs and requirements. These are factors largely outside our control that made it impossible to offer a reliable, fair-cost experience for overseas customers.
This wasn't a decision taken lightly, and we genuinely hope to find a workable solution in the future.

Great to see former servicemen taking their military hardships and experiences and utilising their knowledge to create equipment that is reliable and won’t let you down. Midguard is the first garment I have bought and it’s easy to see straight away that it’s well made and thought out. I do live in the northern Scottish islands and I’m looking forward to testing it and being tested.

I found the sizes rather small compared to other brands. Having to send back, paying returns postage, makes the item rather expensive. Perhaps free returns should be something you should be thinking about, as I won't be the only person to fall foul of this

The Asger is my go to mid-layer for all cold weather mountain activity, and now a gilet version for when it is a bit warmer. Another fabulous product from Jottnar and fantastic service, faultless delivery as always.
