I've ordered twice from jottnar now 1st time the order was absolutely bang on and t-shirts were true to size and the beanie hat fit nice a snug, 2nd order I ordered a t-shirt in a different colour as one I'd ordered previously and the size is completely off. It's the same style as one from my 1st order just a different colour it fits more like a medium which is too tight for me.

So I think 3 stars is a fair review

I had to return an Asta gilet regarding a small defect in one of the seams. I was seriously impressed with the way Jottnar dealt with the warranty claim both in terms of taking a fair approach to providing a replacement item and the speed and quality of communication. When I reached out initially I got a very prompt response and I was kept updated by Morgan who was super professional. It is rare, in my experience, for such companies to be so easy to deal with when something isn’t quite as expected. As for the Asta, it’s great to wear and I will certainly buy again from Jottnar. Highly recommend them.

An excellent pair of trousers worn in a variety of conditions from cold wet and windy to spring sunshine. Very comfortable, well made to the same high quality expected from Jötnnar and versatile. Highly recommended.

Great products, quality and service.

Bought a Asta down gilet, Sunnan soft shell shorts and a merino Sinni beanie in the sale. All are excellent items, really well made and designed and perform great. The gilet is warm and lightweight, quite long in the body which is good. Inside pocket useful. Softshell shorts have loads of stretch and good adjustment at waist. Good cargo pockets too. Beanie looks neat and offers lightweight breathable warmth. Great service too and quick delivery. Maybe postage could have been free if spending over £100. Definitely highly recommended.

Clothing fits exactly as described on size guides and is good quality feeling robust. Shame Evri is the delivery partner

Good service after having to return a item

I'm not a mountaineer but I like long walks across fields and hills in the rain. Midgard jacket is perfect for the job, just roomy enough with good details. I'm delighted, it's what I'd hoped and good value.

I have several Jottnar items and all top quality. The speed of delivery has been spot-on.
Yes, the gear is slightly on the more expensive side but you get what you pay for and for me the value and longevity of the gear out ways the cost.
Jottnar is my go to for out door gear and as long as they keep doing what they are doing will be for a long time to come!!

The original order was lost in transit by the courier. Not a problem for Jottnar, having run out of the item I ordered, they simply replaced it with this seasons updated gillet at no extra cost. No messing about, just spot on customer service
