best roman shades EVER

im completely in love with my roman shades the light filtering is so beautiful, the fabric is so good, installation was really easy!! and shipping was so fast I order 4 roman shades all made to order and they arrive with in 3 weeks!

Beautiful curtains - better than expected

I absolutely love the curtains I bought. They are sage green with off-white tassels on them, giving them a bohemian look. I plan on purchasing two more! Also, another bonus is we didn't even have to iron them when we received them. They were barely wrinkled upon arrival!

Returns

Make sure you really like what you order because the return process is cumbersome and expensive and in my case I decided that although I didn’t like the color of the curtains it wasn’t worth the hassle of trying to return them. I didn’t even take them out of the package to check them out. They are sitting in my basement and I’m over $300 out of pocket. I will not be ordering from this company again

JOYDECO- GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!!!

Our experience with Joydeco could not have been better. They got samples to us quickly. The drapes they made for us were beautiful. They gave us great advice on the dimensions of the drapes and even made us custom ordered tie backs. What more could you ask for. Oh yes- the cost was terrific. Thank you Joydeco. Wrong Color Sent & Poor Customer Service

I ordered custom Navy Blue blackout Roman shades from JOYDeco Custom Blinds for $279. What I received was a set of black shades instead. The color selection on the website was confusing, and when I contacted customer service, they were not helpful in resolving the issue. Since these were custom items, I’m now stuck with a product that doesn’t match what I ordered.
Sharing my experience so others can double-check the color options and customer service policies before buying.

These curtains are absolutely amazing

These curtains are absolutely amazing! The material feels high-quality and they really block out the light perfectly. The color is exactly as shown in the pictures and adds such a modern, elegant touch to the room. They also help keep the room cooler during the day, which is a big plus. For the price, the quality is outstanding. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for stylish and functional blackout curtains!
