The company had been agents for Webasto and Side-Power since the year 2000. We offer sales, installation, servicing and support of marine heating, air conditioning, bow and stern thrusters, marine refrigeration and marine generators. JPC sell only the best products available on the market, including Webasto diesel heaters, Webasto air conditioning, and Side-Power bow and stern thrusters. Isotherm fridges, Isotemp water heaters and Whisper Power, Paguro, Fischer Panda and Kohler marine generators, are also part of our range. Our online shop also offers a full range of parts for all of the above brands.

Excellent Service from start to finish
Excellent Service from start to finish. Had a query prior to placing an order. Phone was answered quickly and person who ansered to phone answered my query. Didn't have to wait to be transferred. I had a problem when installing the fridge, due to wiring on my boat Again excellent response from JPC.

Great experience with JPC Direct
I ordered the ThermoCall TC4. However, it was obsolete. Tom contacted me and kindly offered to replace with the newer ThermoConnect TCON2 model. It works brilliantly!

JPCs service was fine: couriers were absolutely terrible
JPCs service was fine although didn’t always answer the phone. When they did I was told that the part was available and if I ordered online they could get the part out of their warehouse that same day and I would have it by the following working day (great). The couriers were another story though, UPS contacted us the day before delivery (good), then didn’t turn up (bad). They then rescheduled for the following day (good again) and didn’t turn up then either (very bad). They rescheduled again for the following day and after taking 3 days off work waiting for them I got a txt saying we weren’t in and they had delivered to the UPS pickup point in Falmouth instead - no one called at our door that day, an utter lie from UPS. I then had traipse down to a computer repair shop to collect the part I’d ordered. JPC - please change your courier, UPS are not doung your business any good at all
