Agreed a price and scheduled a time for the work to be done. They didn't turn up at the scheduled time. Have made no attempt to reschedule and are not answering my calls. One star is on the generous side of things.

Fantastic Paint Removal from Brick House
Mike came out to remove the paint from my house using their pressure steam cleaner and he did a fantasic job. He took the care and perseverance to get the job done to my satisfaction, to a very high standard.
Nothing was too much trouble for him in accomodating and he was careful to cleanup at the end of the day, staying late where needed.
I booked him a month in advance to fit with my schedule and he arrived as planned without any chasing or follow up.
Fully reccomend!

Excellent
Excellent. Two friendly and experienced guys did the solar panel anti bird treatment. Arrived on time, worked through, sorted out an additional issue I'd noticed before hand and left everything tidy. Worked from long ladders, so no need for scaffold.
very happy

Lee arrived this morning with a big smile and got straight into the job. I never heard from Lee until he had completed the job and the solar panels now look fantastic, I can now see a reflection of next door's ariel in the panels. Lee also removed an old rubber overflow pipe which had been left their by a previous trade and took the liberty of running the washer over our skylight.
Thank you very much, Lee and JRCleaning.

Very pleased overall
Ash was very friendly, made me feel at ease, and completed the balcony cleaning to a good standard while communicating well throughout. He worked very hard, and the balcony looks amazing now compared to how it was. Thank you.
Just a small suggestion for the future – it would be helpful to have a quick discussion with the customer before starting the work, for clarity. The glass frame was cleaned only on the inside and left dirty on the outside, which I have since cleaned myself. Ash explained this was due to health and safety, but I wasn’t aware beforehand - so advance clarification would be appreciated. My neighbour’s balcony glass was cleaned on both sides by another company the previous week as it’s easy to access - so advance clarification would be appreciated.

Flawless service.
From the initial quote, to the team arriving bang on time on the day, then not stopping until the job was done - which has been done to a very high standard - you really can’t go wrong with these guys for a roof clean.
Also do su much more, so anything else I need, they’ll be my first call.
Great experience. Thank you.

Absolute Fraud, Selling sales to others
Company advertised online as local family run, but they are not, they have a webpage and a local phone number for every town, they are not local at all and just sell the lead to anyone for the best offer.
