JR Plumbing and Gas did an excellent job installing a Stiebel Eltron SHP O300 hot water heat pump. The delivery and tradies (Mark the sparky and our two plumbers) arrived on time and were communicative and professional. The team even returned immediately to resolve an issue with the tundish drainage line placement which was much appreciated. The online quoting system can be daunting if you’re unaccustomed to it but Jared and the JR team patiently answered my many questions. The heat pump and installation are high quality and I would highly recommend both.

I had the iStore 270L heat pump installed last week to replace an older Quantum unit which had gone past the end of its usable life. The unit was installed by JR Gas and Water in Brisbane. The unit is a fair bit quieter than the old system and the installation was completed fairly quickly. I can't manage to connect the system to the wifi and am constantly stuck on a loading screen before I can enter the wifi password through the app, but otherwise the system looks fairly easy to use.

I found the website fairly easy to use in terms of choosing between the different units, but the options in terms of installation could have been a bit clearer. I had a bit of back and forth with Jarred over email which helped to resolve the queries regarding the type of installation required.

The installers did a good job and did not take too long. I had my own electrician finish off the connection, but JR do offer that service if you don't have that option.

Guys turned up did a great job, took away my old unit and cover. Left the area tidy. Couldn’t really ask for better service. I asked to pay but they advised I’d get an invoice. Pump works like a dream and no longer any clunky noise.

We recently had a new hot water system installed by Jarred, and the whole experience was excellent. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous throughout, and completed the installation efficiently with no hassle at all. Everything was clearly explained, and the work was done to a high standard. I would highly recommend Jarred to anyone needing hot water system installation or plumbing work.

We just had our dodgy old hot water system swapped out for a flash new Bosch on-demand gas unit, and fair dinkum, JR Gas & Water absolutely nailed it. The whole thing was a breeze — easy as pie to order online, heaps of package options, good prices, and before we knew it, they had us booked in and sorted. No muckin’ around.

Kris and Ruan rocked up on time, got stuck straight in, and did a ripper job. Not only did they fit the new system perfectly, they even fixed a few “creative choices” from whoever installed the last one. Proper legends. They also listened to what I needed around the water temperature setup (gotta keep the little tackers safe), and made sure it was spot on.
