I ordered a DUX electric hotwater system and had it installed last week. So far everything is good. The things I like most include: transparency of pricing & competitive price, easiness in placing orders, and the AI chatbot which is fast and helpful in answering your questions 24/7. There is a phone number and an email where you can get in touch with the real person support staff if there are any problem, e.g., re-scheduling.

How easy can it get? With everything done on line, supplying photos of the old hot water system to be replaced, its location etc, all I had to do was say what brand and size of new hot water system, and the quote came through quickly, complete with discounts for prompt payment and being flexible with installation day. My old instant gas hot water system chose the dead of winter to give up the ghost. For the first time in history, my wife was furious that there was no gas in the house—usually, she's complaining I have too much of it. My weekend was ruined, my life's purpose was in question, and I was staring into the cold, bleak abyss of a winter without hot showers.

I am not a brave man. I tried a cold shower exactly once. I stuck one arm under the water and my soul immediately tried to leave my body. I gasped for air like I was floating on a piece of rubble after the Titanic went down. After that traumatic experience, I decided personal hygiene was overrated and resigned myself to smelling like old socks.

When they encountered the old gas heater cover in the wall, instead of leaving an ugly hole, Charlie had the genius idea to drill holes through it to run the pipes, making it look neat and tidy. It worked a treat!

Just when I thought it couldn't get better, the electrician Mark and his apprentice Mike turned up. They were absolute professionals, neatly cabling around my crooked, ghetto-installed awning without a single complaint and leaving my switchboard perfectly labelled.

I witnessed a miracle that day. Four tradesmen in a row who were punctual, professional, friendly, and did an immaculate job. JR Gas and Hot Water has cracked the code: they sell great systems at fair, transparent prices, and they've somehow managed to collect a team of tradies who are rarer than hen's teeth. If you're on the fence, just jump. You won't regret it. Highly, highly recommended!

The boys from JR gas and water turned up in the pouring rain yesterday to change our 16 year old gas hot water to the Emerald. Done in under 2 hours, very polite, efficient and they cleaned up and took away the old system. The Emerald all in one is so quiet as well. Very Happy... Thanks Gary.

Last week, our water heater stopped working, which caused us a lot of inconvenience. I placed an online order with JR Gas and Water, and this week we were able to enjoy hot water again. They installed a Stiebel Eltron water heater, and the entire process was excellent. The online ordering was very easy and fast, and the price was reasonable. The installation was handled neatly and professionally, and I’m very thankful for their service. I sincerely recommend JR Gas and Water to others.

Arrived on time, bright and early, got started straight away, had vibing tunes pumping (Charlie, Joshua and Sean were deadset legends), gladly re-seated a large paver when it got wet (it sank a bit due to my dodgy DIY landscaping) and had a new heat pump all installed including new electrical connections all by mid-morning. We had hot water that night. Couldn't be happier.
