Excellent Service
As an IT guy I was surprised to see how well these guys have got their act together when it comes to their online systems which effortlessly facilitates the whole end to end process from quoting, to appointments to payment. Pricing was significantly cheaper than other similar hot water specialists and couldn't fault the end result. Shoutout to Charlie and Sean, thanks for the great job guys. The guys from Proficient Electrical who hooked up the new electrical circuit were excellent too. The Emerald Heat Pump works well and I am a little surprised at just how cheap it is to run at around 30c a day.

Competitive and trustworthy
JR Gas and Water was really competitive with their price (at least $500 cheaper than 3 other competitors) which included a free detailed quote to supply a brand new Stiebel Eltron DEL18+/50 Instant hot water system 27AMP with full warranty, installation and connection by a qualified plumber and electrician and submission of a Form 4 for the hot water system at my unit. Their online customer portal made it so easy to seek advice on required installations laws, to engage and confirm the service and appointment, and communication was always easy when I had to change the timing of the first offered appointment. I'd use JR Gas again anytime. A really good experience overall, thanks for your professionalism. Your customer portal is certainly the future of customer engagement with increased tech savviness among the community.

Urgent Hot Water Install
Thank you to Jarrod, Josh & Isaiah from JR Gas & for helping me sort my hot water system. We’ve been without hot water for almost 3 weeks, waiting on local installers who messed us around and made the process really confusing.
This team had my install organised in 5 mins and installed within a couple of hours.
Josh & Isaiah were fantastic! Quick install, cleaned up the area and took away the rubbish. Both extremely professional and took the time to explain operation.

A replacement heat exchanger B26 for a competitive price. All done with a smile!
Josh and Charlie from the JR Gas and Water team were fantastic. They turned up on time, did what was needed in a reasonable time period, and cleaned up with themselves. The Rinnai B26 50DEG NG heat exchanger is incredible! No more playing with the shower flick-mixer trying to find a temporary optimal temperature. The hot water flows like it is coming out of a big tank. Thanks team! Also, the pricing was very competitive. Very! Well done, JR Gas and Water. The additional "Gold Package" improvements are also worth the investment.
