Smooth and Efficient
I had the Envrioheat Heat Pump Water Heater installed. Very smooth and efficient experience with installation. They have well set up systems for quoting and invoicing. All my questions were answered and the crew that came to install were on time, friendly and polite!

Prompt service, with good pricing and all in one quoting
Hot water system failed so I needed a replacement. JR Gas & Water provided me with a quote that covered both plumbing AND necessary electrical works (saving me the running around of finding an electrician by myself) and with reasonable pricing. Their staff (and their electrician, Proficient Electrical) arrived on time for the installation of the new hot water system and removal of my solar collectors. Install was neat and tidy and they left the installation location clean. I will be using them again if I need additional plumbing works going forward (including future servicing of my new Rheem Stellar hot water system).

Great price and service for replacing…
Great price and service for replacing my old Bosch Hydro with another. Emails were easy to understand and prompt and follow up phone calls were answered. Both Josh and Isaiah did a great job with the install, not noisy and cleaned up the site afterwards....very happy.

Hassle free and easy to deal with.
The quote is very detailed, unlike other quotes I got. I know what the job entails, like installation, plumbing, electrical, etc.
I found there was a bit of leak, email them, and the send their tradie to resolved it within an hour.

The online ordering, quotation, and booking process is simply no fuss! The follow-up to any of my queries was really timely by Jarred, he was very knowledgeable and helped me select a suitable replacement hot water system (heat pump). The turnaround time was great, plus the installers Joshua and Jai arrived on time, were courteous and did a quality install.

Never again
This guy Jerred is greedy for money and will rip you off at the first opportunity. I felt misled by the quotes he sent me. I requested to have my heater relocated and replaced with a new one, but he didn’t respond to my request properly. Instead, he sent Gold and Platinum options, expecting me to know that one of them didn’t include the relocation service, even though I never asked for a quote without it. The communication was very poor, and in the end, only part of the job was done. To complete the “proper” job, he said I’d have to pay a $400 cancellation fee and the new quote, even though the team was already at my place to do the service. My husband even offered to help with part of the job, but the money-hungry Jerred insisted on charging an extra $400 plus the full amount of the new quote.
At least the workers who came were good. I feel sorry for them, having to work under such management. Don’t believe the response they’ll put below. Trust the negative reviews!
They offer a voucher so customers can give them reviews.

This is the first time we have had this specific type of complaint so we would love to thank our near 8000 installations that have had a great experience, could easily follow the process and decipher the information that we do product test on our children to try make its as easy as possible to follow.
Regarding you complaint here are the facts.
Yes you requested a quote to relocate the system which we provided and quoted our "Platinum Relocation" package which is as it suggests a package to relocate your system.
Here is our product selection guide which is on over 250 product pages on the website including your hot water system which lets everyone know exactly what they apply to.

Package Selection Guide
-BASE RATE - Perfect for those who wish to install the exact make and model as their current system. NOTE the existing system must be compliant with current standards for this package to apply with tempering valve installed, appropriate support base and drains run to compliant discharge point.
-plus SILVER INCLUSIONS - Designed for those switching from a similar electric system and wanting to upgrade the valve and pipework so its all new, complaint and working effectively. NOTE reusing old valves can effect your product warranty. The existing installation must have compliant drains and appropriate support base for this package to apply.
-plus GOLD INCLUSIONS - Our most popular package for the do it right the first time person. Strip it all down and redo all the pipework, valves, fit a new support base, run drains to a compliant discharge point then dispose of the old unit.
-plus PLATINUM INCLUSIONS - Designed for those wanting to replace and relocate their existing system to a new location or convert from a different system type.

You then requested a change on your quote that is less expensive than the Platinum Relocation package we quoted. This is a great example why we request that customers request changes and initial requests in writing so everyone is on the same page.
We then requoted your job for our gold inclusions and the very first line on your quote was the following.
"INSTALLATION IN EXISTING POSITION - NO RELOCATION"
This was the quote you then approved, a quote that clearly stated in capitals on line one that it was not for relocation. Now when a customer approves a quote they agree they have read in full that states "INSTALLATION IN EXISTING POSITION - NO RELOCATION" we don't organize all the gear for a relocation, we don't allow extra time for a relocation and we don't book and electrician to relocate a circuit on a quote approved as "INSTALLATION IN EXISTING POSITION - NO RELOCATION"
Regarding our very happy staff, they have their own personal lives and commitments which is why we don't ask them to cancel their plans, go hunt down the gear and relocate a system that was approved stating "INSTALLATION IN EXISTING POSITION - NO RELOCATION" late in the afternoon.
Regarding the incorrect statement regarding requesting good reviews for a voucher that has zero truth to it. The reason we request feedback regardless of positive, negative, disingenuous, misinformed or even slanderous is to collect feedback to improve our business practices and to be able to collect adequate data we are offering an incentive.
As for "Don’t believe the response they’ll put below. Truat the negative reviews!" Our customers are generally very intelligent, honest, thorough and informed so we won't tell them how to think. We give them the facts, not a disingenuous opinion of the actual facts and from there they can make their own judgement.
Rheem 315L Hot Water
We have recently had a Rheem 315L Electric Hot Water unit installed in our rental property by Joshua. My tenant said Joshua did a very good job. Effectively and efficiently. Instructed the tenant what to do every 6 months. Highly recommend.
