Fantastic team…
Their blurb says they might not be the cheapest ,but if you can take advantage of all their booking/payment options , they are very close . But they are the best !

Great service, very quick and hassle free installation. I had an IStore Heat pump installed and I'm very happy with the results. The guys who came on the day Joshua and Charlie did a great job together with electrician Michael.

Heat pump for hot water - great service
I had a heat pump installed to replace our old gas hot water system. Communication was always great, reliable. They answered all the questions we had and they maintained their quote even thought we ended up going ahead several months after we contacted them.
Charlie and Josh did a neat job installing the system and were very professional. Mark the electrician also did a great job, and even replaced a couple of switch which was not required by the job but for safety purposes.

I would recommend JR Gas & Water without hesitation!
I would highly recommend JR Gas & Water. We needed a gas hot water system to be replaced quickly as our old one was failing. I spoke with Jarred over the phone and he was wonderful answering all of the 10,000 questions I had. The quote was sent within 10 mins and we were able to secure a spot that day to have the system replaced. Sean was the JR employee that came to the house and he was very polite and helpful. He did a wonderful job and left the area he was working spotless. For anyone requiring work or replacement I would recommend JR Gas & Water without hesitation!

Great experience with JR Gas & Water…
Great experience with JR Gas & Water for our new hot water system replacement. I was able to get a hassle free quote for a great price online which was a huge time and hassle saver. Sean showed up on time and did a great job with installation and walking me through after. He even ran a additional runoff pipe to the drain without being asked that the previous installers had just been too lazy to do. Would very happily recommend!

JR Gas and Hot Water installed i270L Heat Pump
Contacted several companies to find a Heat Pump replacement. I found JR Gas & Water to be very responsive via email, provided sound advice and competitive pricing. The quotation they provided had complete breakdown of the costs involved. I had many queries (anode replacement, quotation, credit card surcharges) which was promptly answered. It's great their website has reference photos so you know what to expect when it's finished.
Brendan and Jai did a great job installing the iStore 270L and removing the old unit. They offered to program the timer on the iStore 270L but it wasn't required as I was still on the Controlled Load.
