Jrttravel Opiniones

this was our second time booking with lisa and she has been fantastic both holidays! nothing was too much of an ask and she went above and beyond to get us a great deal at a great price!! huge thanks to you lisa and can’t wait to book our other holiday very soon x

Amazing communication and service from Lisa. Got exactly what we wanted at a great price with the added bonus of answering all our questions clearly and quickly. Also helped arrange private transfers to and from the resort which made for an even better holiday. Could not recommend Lisa highly enough and will absolutely book with her again.

Lisa was SO helpful for our recent trip to Italy. I contacted Lisa after seeing information about Jrttravel on Facebook. She quickly organised a quote for us, and after discussing our original plans, we decided to change location. Lisa was more than happy to start again from scratch for us, and found us a great price for the package we were looking for. She organised everything from flights, accommodation and private transfers, while comparing options and giving advice throughout. Lisa checked us in and got us fantastic seats together on the flight. We didn’t have to worry about a thing - Lisa had it all under control. I would highly recommend Lisa and I really appreciate all the help she gave us with our holiday. Thanks so much again.

Great customer experience! Would not hesitate to use Lisa in future!
Thanks again. 😊

I have booked a few holidays with Lisa as her customer service is amazing. I would not book with anyone else as she is the best at getting you great deals.

I have been using Lisa for several years now, her customer service is second to none. She always finds me the beat of deals and keeps me updated, from booking holiday to checking me in. Nothing is ever a bother or hassle for Lisa. I would 100% recommend Lisa to others for there holiday bookings, I already have a few upcoming holidays already booked and cannot wait. Thanks again Lisa.

Just came home from my holiday after using Lisa at JRT travel for the 1st time. I wouldn’t book with anyone else now. Lisa done everything for us and answered any questions we had. Our experience was amazing and could not fault I have another 2 holidays booked through Lisa at JRT travel and will defo be returning when I want to book more

This is the second time that we have booked through Lisa, again an effortless experience for us as Lisa done all the work to ensure we got a package that suited our family at a great price. Lisa was on hand to answer any questions we had for assurance. A great experience booking via Lisa JRT, absolutely recommended.

Honestly from start to finish Lisa has been so helpful and so nice. Now booked two holidays and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I recommend Lisa to everyone. We weren’t even sure where we wanted to go this year and Lisa was so helpful in finding our holiday. We are really looking forward to our first holiday abroad as a family of four ❤️ xxxx

Booked with Lisa for a big group booking, I was late added on taking somone else’s space but she was a great help! Would really recommend xx

lisa made booking a holiday with a large amount of people easy, she explained everything with loads of detail and no beating around any questions. she has proceeded to do this all the way through our booking with name changes, people taken off the booking, payments and all the disasters that could possibly happen she made these easy and straight forward to deal with🩷

I have booked 4 holidays with Lisa in the last 2 years and currently in the process of booking another for later this year. The level of service always received is second to none and no matter what kind of deal I find, Lisa has always managed to better it.

On one of our trips our return flight was cancelled and we were getting little to no information at the airport. I made a quick call to Lisa and within 10 minutes she called me back and could tell me exactly what was going to be happening. This was around 10pm at night I should add so Lisa went over and above for us.

I look forward to booking many more family holidays via Lisa @ jrt travel.

Great service from Lisa, a nice personal touch that you don’t get from booking online.. would 100% recommend!

I cane to Lisa from a word of mouth after agreeing going somewhere with a few of my friends, we had no idea what we was doing so asked for some help and Lisa done all the hard work for us and checked up to see I had all the right things I needed

Fantastic service and communication from Lisa. Always goes above and beyond. Highly recommend- 5 stars from me

Used JRT Travel last year for the first time and would not book a trip without approaching Lisa from now on. My experience was such a breeze with Lisa taking control of my check-ins. Constantly there for assistance when needed. Helped with transfers and advised which experience to book etc. Due to travel my next holiday booked with JRT Travel.
