Excellent!
Booked our summer holiday with Lisa and just before that decided to go away last minute at Easter. Lisa found us a lovely place that suited what we wanted. She always answers any questions I have and I feel I got good service at a good price.

Fantastic service
I have used Lisa now for 4 holiday bookings. 2 that I have travelled on, one next week and already one booked for next year. She is extremely efficient, always giving lots of options for what you ask for quickly. Booking process is super smooth and she also checks you in for your holiday. She always also beats online prices and goes above and beyond to get the best deal for the best hotels. Will continue booking with her for a long time to come

Amazing service from start to finish
I have used jrt Travel for a few years now and Lisa is honestly the best. We are just home from Turkey for my sons 18th birthday and Lisa managed to up grade everyone's room to swim up room and arranged for our rooms to be all decorated and birthday cake on his birthday as well. Absolutely knocked it out the park. You would never get service like that from a high street travel agent.
