My old IPhone was causing problems and I contacted JS Computer and Device Help who I had seen advertised on NextDoor. Scott came to my home, was down to earth and spoke in layperson’s language about the issues with my phone. We agreed I needed a much more up to date phone and Scott purchased a fully reconditioned one for me from a known and trusted company which they use. After it soon arrived, Scott came over and set it all up for me, returning the following day to sort out a few things which needed adjusting.
I am very pleased with the service I have I have received and JS will be my ‘go to’ people whenever I need phone or IPad help in the future.

My third time of using this company on a third device & again 10/10 service. Each time it's been swift action, really pleasant guys, totally correct diagnosis each time & an open and honest breakdown of fixes done & their costs. The final bill in all cases has never been as high as I was bracing myself for. With 15 years of digital home recording behind me JS are in my mind, the best call out service so far by a mile.

I spoke to Scott on the telephone and he was very helpful. He arranged for Julian to visit the same day and took away my laptop for the screen to be replaced. He also kindly ordered two more leads for the laptop so that I could take it to different rooms without having to remember to take the lead with me. (I was worried that I would order the wrong lead). Julian also diagnosed that the 'click' in one of my computer mouse (? mice) had stopped and was no longer worth trying to use. Julian was very respectful of my house and kind to the cats and I will certainly tell my friends about him and how good JS Device help is. A friendly and speedy service.

Scott helped me set up my computer to make it safe for my seven-year-old son to use. Not only did he do this quickly, but he also suggested additional ways to speed up my laptop. He was incredibly friendly and communicated clearly, breaking everything down in a way that was easy for a non-techie like me to understand.

Had the pleasure of the services of JS Computer & Device Help today, Scott and Jules are both wonderful and friendly and the perfect solution for the technophobe in me, I really don’t have a clue! But they were patient and sensitive, no down talking, no jargon, no rolling of the eyes just understanding and a will to help resolve my small issues. Small to most but big in my eyes and I now feel I can call on their services in future with the simple but insurmountable (to me) tech stuff that will no doubt come my way again!
