The Internal Drive in my Laptop was near to full capacity; I purchased a 2TB to give loads of extra space; I installed the new Drive but encountered issues in Booting it up. I took my Laptop to Swanley Computers on a Friday afternoon; asked Jeremy if he could please look at the problem urgently; and was told that 7 to 10 days might be needed.
Much to my surprise and delight, Jeremy had done a full diagnostics overhaul and fixed the problem not 24 hours later and I collected my Laptop on Saturday afternoon.
A Classic case of 'Under Promising' and Over Delivering' - Great Marketing and Real customer service !
They live up to their Motto "Excellent service for a reasonable price" and I have no hesitation in recommending Jeremy and his team for their Expertise.

I have been building pc's since 1984, had a fatal error on my pc, strange behaviour, took it into Jeremy. found the problem but couldn't get the parts because of global supply shortages. Didn't charge me a penny...
This is the sort of service that is lacking these days. If you need a pc repaired or built, i suggest you go there.

Have been using Swanley computers for 12 or 13 years now. Just taken delivery of a new custom-built PC after the old one gave out after 12 years. Very pleased indeed with my new PC. Yes, my previous PC built by Swanley Computers lasted 12 years. Always professional, and able to fix problems large or small. Heartily recommended.

Took a Epson printer in explained what the problem was and it was still under warranty.After a week phone call said it was ready for collection what I didn't realise was it was a brand new one replaced under warranty excellent service by all concerned.

My Epson printer stopped working as it needed a new ink pad. I had no idea how to go about replacing the inkpad and was resigned to buying a new printer. I took my printer to Swanley Computers late Saturday afternoon and I had it back in full working order by Thursday and for an extremely reasonable fee. I am delighted and will be using Swanley Computers for all my future computer needs.

I contacted Swanley Computers after smoke came out the back of my computer! Following a telephone conversation with the owner Jeremy I felt assured that they could fix it and also get back my precious data. They did it all, perfect job, within the time frame mentioned and it works perfectly. Knowledgable people and very pleasant as well. You don’t get this sort of service very often these days. Brilliant service, efficient and understanding of my complete lack of IT knowledge. I inadvertently had my pc locked by a scam link requesting I contact the scammers to be unlocked. Instead, I contacted Swanley Computers who reassured me it was a scam and within minutes had me back up and running. I would 100% recommend Swanley Computers to anyone and will definitely be keeping their number on file for future use.
