Excellent in all aspects from use of website, to ordering, to receiving the delivery. Lovely products which were well packed. I would highly recommend True Origin.

Although there was a problem with my order on being told T. O. heard it, advised, sorted!
Although there was a problem with my order you responded quickly and helpfully when told and giving a discount on the incorrect items, supplying the correct ones next day after Monday back in the office and supplying a repeat item after a split rice bag arrived albeit the rice was in good condition. Impressed by your customer service!

As fair as Fair Trade can get!
This company has the most integrity around. Their products are different, brilliant tasting and genuinely marketed in a way that benefits the country of origin. What's not to like??

Best before date
. Best before date on teabags was shorter than had been listed on the website. If I had known I would have ordered a smaller quantity Parcel arrived promptly and well packed.

Such fantastic products and great service from Jade. Will definitely be a regular now. I love the Zaytoun Olive Oil and the True Origin sauces are now my favourite cooking hack.

My package was left on the doorstep after a quiet tap on my door as I am disabled it took me a few minutes to get to the door by which time the courier was already driving away.. It was difficult for me to bend down and lift the parcel. I was very disappointed. The products delivered were very good. Peggy Myer

Dear Peggy, Really sorry you have had a bad experience with our chosen carrier. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to manage how DPD/Royal mail (our carriers) run it's service, we simply hire them to do the job they are experts in. I would suggest leaving a review with the company who you believe gave you a bad service. I am happy that the products arrived safely and your happy with the contents. All the best, True Origin Team

Hi, We are really sorry you have not enjoyed our award winning Kilombero Rice. We have imported and sold this product for over 15 years and we generally receive positive feedback. The rice has won multiple great taste awards and we are very proud of the product produced by our farmers in Malawi. One of our team have reached out to you on email but we have not received a reply. We would love to hear more about your feedback and assist if we can. All the best, True Origin Team
Just a hi cough.
Good on the whole but only sent 80 teabags instead of 800! But remedied very quickly.
Thank you

Hi, Apologies with our mistake. We run our warehouse with a small team and though we try our upmost, from time to time human error can arise. We have implemented a process change to help us catch picking issues before orders leave the building. As you mention, we send the correct item once the issue was raised. Thank you for your custom. All the best, True Origin team.

Another great delivery received
My order arrived very quickly and everything was in order as expected. I have used Traidcraft Tea for many years and love its delicious strong taste, enough for the largest cup. We have enjoyed the Chickpea Puffs before and they were really delicious; hence we have ordered more. I love that the food producers are paid a fair wage, just like I expect for myself. Keep up the good work.

The order came very promptly to N Ireland. I have had problems ordering from another Fair Trade Company. Sometimes the order came to N Ireland only for it to be sent back to England again. This is the second time I have ordered from True Origin. Both times the order arrived promptly.
