Communication was rapid, honest and reliable.
Arrived as agreed, did the job at a very reasonable cost and I would recommend this little business unreservedly.

Great service and reasonably priced. Turned up on time and payment could be made instantly.

Did not turn up !!!!!! Having agreed the collection date a time for the collection would not be given, only that it would be between 9am and 5pm with a message being sent to me 30minutes before the collection. To guarantee someone was going to be at home i took the day off work and waited in for the message and collection. NOTHING !!!!!! No message, phone call or anything !!!! I messaged the company later that evening via Whatt's App, which was read the following day but STILL nothing. This Company did not even have the decency to contact me, give a reason or appologise !!!! Going on my experience avoid using them !!!!! They are UNRELIABLE do not keep their appointments and don't care less about their customers !!!! MY ADVICE WOULD BE FIND SOMEONE ELSE AND DON@T WASTE YOU TIME LIKE I HAVE !!!!
I have seen the reply to my review and the response comes after Junkmunch tried to have my truthful review removed !!!! WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH, it has took nearly 2 months for you to come up with the most pathetic reason i have ever heard !!! I still have the messages sent by Junkmunch on my phone, which 100% back up my first review back in October !!!

Arrived on time, and managed to clear a 5 bedroom house with no fuss or bother.

Good guys. Done good work. Cleared everything well. Would recommend.

Excellent service - received a quote and details straight away, was able to arrange pick up in a few days, polite and friendly service on arrival. Had a few more items to add and the team were really friendly and patient as they re quoted and added more items. Would absolutely recommend and use again - great experience overall.

I didn’t read any reviews here before booking Junk Munch for a garage clearance. I’m glad I didn’t because some of the negative ones may have put me off. I can only speak from my experience, initial communication was good and I was offered a date. I asked for the day after that, which was no problem. I was messaged the day before with an approximate time of pick up. They were a little later than that time but they messaged me on the way to let me know the motorway traffic was bad. When they arrived, they got to work quickly and did a thorough job taking everything I asked of them. They even took old paint cans and solvents that I wouldn’t have known what to do with. They were organised and respectful, as the clearance was from my late mother’s house. I was happy with their work and very relieved to have everything cleared. I simply couldn’t have done it by myself.

Responded quickly with a quote, were available the following day, had a live tracking service for their arrival with and estimated arrival time, and they were delightful, friendly and professional when they arrived.

Our experience with junk munch was smooth and went as expected. i didn't look at their reviews beforehand however we don't have any complaints.

Unfortunately due to Junk Munch and a personal issue from their side my collection was not possible, which was frustrating and due to the time sensitive nature of my collection to make way for new furniture delivery same day. Junk Munch eventually responded and now waiting for full refund.

Initial correspondence was great and quick. Time and price arranged. On day of pick up (yesterday) I was allocated an all day appt of 9-5. I messaged at 1335 just to confirm that they were still coming. They Messaged back to say that they were 2 hrs behind due to traffic and would I be in from 9am-12 today. I said no problem and would see them today as I fully understand that traffic can be a nightmare. Again I messaged at 1124 to confirm they were visiting to be told eta to mine would be 2hrs. Its now 1700 as I am writing this up with a no show and now messages being ignored. If you are not going to pick up then be honest and don't waste my time.
