Quick response to my request for a quote. Arranged for a next day collection, However we needed to make last minute adjustments and junkmuch we’re flexible and was happy to re arrange at short notice. They cleared the waste in full and sent us before & after photos. Great experience

JunkMunch was scheduled for a large waste collection on Thursday morning. Nathan kept us updated on his arrival time and when he arrived, and both he and Rachel were extremely helpful in removing as much of the waste as possible, even though it ended up being much more than we had anticipated. We shall use them again soon for the remaining

Avoid at all costs.. booked to collect a mattress and fridge today. Originally said they would be with me in the morning, then said afternoon and then said they can’t turn up at all. Total waste of time….. don’t believe the stuff they put on the website around fast, reliable service

Hi Neill, Thank you for your review, As you know we book collections between 8am - 5pm. We charge for morning & afternoon appointment as this means we will likely take the least efficient route. You did not pay for this service!!
You said your preferred collection time would be in the morning, We said we will do what we can but cannot guarantee it unless you pay for the time slot. The next day at 9.30AM we messaged you to let you know we was unable to do this and would be collected later in the day, We stayed in contacted with you throughout the entire day.
by the time we was on our last collection we was unable to fit yours in the van. We offered a full refund and was happy to re arrange. We did everything we could to get to you, it makes no sense for us not to arrive however after reading your last messages we decided to refund the deposit.
99.9% of our collections we book in are successful collected on time, 80+ collections this year alone, So we apologies you was in the .1%

Great price, friendly couple
I had 4 beds & 9 doors to remove. Sent a message and got a quick reply with fair price.
Booked the next day, they messaged us 20 minutes before they arrived and was polite and friendly. Would recommend.

Don't trust the reviews!
I chose this company because of the great reviews. They were easy to contact, quick to quote and booked for following day 8am to 5pm. Waited till lunchtime having not heard from them so messaged to check they were still coming. No reply despite reading the message. Its now past 5pm and have not heard from them at all. I have seen they have done this to another customer too. Don't trust the reviews! This is the second company to let me down in 2 days!
