Booked a collection and paid a £40 deposit. He said he would come in the morning hr never showed. He finally called late afternoon. He told me he can’t come until the following week. We were moving house in a few days. I cancelled him.

He was doin a collection in the morning and then coming to us.

Hi Simon. Sorry I missed your call we was on a collection. This has completely filled the van up. Being a Saturday I can empty it untill Monday. This was supposed to be a small load but turned into 1/2 a load.

They came on time. Done all the work within 30 mins, Cleared all the rubbish. Left my back yard garden clean and tidy.

Communication was great via WhatsApp. Paid £40 deposit and filled out booking form. Instant quote given. Two polite people came on time to collect two old sofas. Took just 10 minutes. Balance paid by debit card on the spot. Great service. Would use them again.

I was promised a disposal note and did not receive anything. It's very important to us that the waste is disposed of appropriately. Also, the operator set his stopwatch immediately and we got the impression there was little or no flexibility in terms of additional charges if the work took longer than 15 minutes (it didn't).

DO NOT USE!!! Paid my £40 deposit told him the waste is on the drive he emailed me saying he is 20/30 minutes away he turned up and left and told me it was a wasted journey because I wasn’t there even though on the booking form it says they do kerbside if you are not there. He then gets you on a technicality saying I need to be there and pay up. Well wait for the reply to this and he will say the same. ABSOLUTE SCAM

The guys removed two sofas quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, prompt ( they told me when they were on the way), booking and paying was simple, quick and hassle free, in fact all good. I have saved the number would recommend the company and would definitely use them again.

The service was smooth from the beginning to the end. There was transparency and honesty.
