Great job and very responsive
Great job and very responsive. I would definitely use this service again. The only criticism I would have is on transparency of price. Charged £25 to have a 2 hour slot reserved which is quite a lot.
Then an additional £25 to dismantle a bed which was not made clear in the pricing. Think that could be tricky for people who have budgeted for the price and then charged more. Thus makes the good price quoted not look so good anymore. Might be better to add these things into the cost to start so no surprises?

i would like to mention the 2 hour time slots is completely optional, We cover a very large area and lots of planning goes into making sure we take the most efficient and environmentally friendly route.
This can becomes tricky when we have to plan in a 2 hour slot, we also have to ensure we have space in the van which can also be tricky to plan in around 7/8 other collection we have to do.
However, i do agree we could made it clearer regaling the dismantling fee so we will make this more clear in our quotes & on the booking form.
We did end up spending 50 minutes which was 30 minutes over the 20 minutes we based the quote on and this was down to the dismantling. This is why we have to charge for the addition labour.

The team came and picked up just under two tonnes of soil from our house, with no issues. Did a great job and were very efficient. Would definitely use again if we have more junk to offload!

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our inability to proceed with the collection as originally planned. The quote we provided was based on the estimated amount of waste that was communicated to us. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that there was a significant excess of waste beyond what was initially agreed upon.
As a company, we strive to be efficient and deliver our services promptly. However, the additional waste not accounted for in the original agreement resulted in unforeseen challenges. It required additional time, fuel, and effort to handle the increased volume, which unfortunately made it unfeasible for us to proceed with the collection. The deposit was used as a waste journey fee.
We understand your disappointment, and we genuinely regret any inconvenience this may have caused. It is important for us to ensure fair and transparent pricing, which is why accurate information about the waste quantity is crucial for efficient planning and execution of our services. We explain this on our website and on all the booking forms. Had there not been additional waste and sofas we would of been able to carry out the collection as agreed.
We appreciate your understanding and hope that in the future, we can assist you with your waste removal needs more effectively. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
