5* service!
Great service! Initial quote was speedy, communication was good, and they were happy to answer any questions I had.
Booking was very straight-forward, and I was given an ETA on the morning of collection. The team were really friendly and quickly removed my unwanted items.
I’ll definitely be using JunkMunch again in the future!

Sent a WhatsApp message on the Friday asking if they could remove my mattress from my front drive on the Saturday - (even though Saturday is not their working day - they obliged)! They arrived on Saturday morning (sending me a 45 minute warning of arrival text) - were very polite and professional and the most economical refuse disposal business in my area! Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Junk Munch Ltd. 😊👍💛

However, we noted that the booking form was not completed until the following Saturday 7 days later, which unfortunately meant that your requested 2-hour time slot and day had already passed.
We would like to remind you that due to our limited availability, particularly on Saturdays, the booking form must be filled on the same day to secure your preferred time slot. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly during our interactions with you.
As a result of the circumstances, we processed a full refund of your deposit on the same day to ensure that you did not incur any additional costs. We hope this action has resolved any issues, and we would like to assure you that we are committed to providing excellent service to all of our clients.
Efficiency
The service was great, efficient and responsive. I didn’t have to worry. Even when the situation changed they still accommodated me.
