Hi Eve,
We’re really sorry again for the experience you’ve had — and we know our team has already been in touch directly, but we wanted to respond here too.

You placed your order expecting next-day delivery, and we completely failed to deliver on that promise. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left without an update, especially when it involves something as important as your dog’s food. We totally understand why you’re angry and disappointed.

What happened in your case was the result of a supplier issue, which delayed the arrival of stock we were expecting. At the same time, we’ve been transitioning to a new system behind the scenes, and because of the timing, we weren’t able to update stock info properly on the website. That combination meant your order went through when we weren’t actually able to fulfil it — and to make things worse, our response time slipped because our small team was trying to handle a sudden surge in issues all at once.

None of this is an excuse, just an honest explanation. It’s been one of the most difficult weeks we’ve ever had, and we’re truly sorry that you were affected by it.

The new system is going live this weekend, and we’re hopeful it will make everything smoother going forward — faster dispatch, clearer updates, and fewer errors like this one. We know that doesn’t undo the delay, but we genuinely appreciate your patience and the chance to make things right.

Hi Trish,

Thank you so much for giving Seven GF Adult Duck and Orange a try! We completely understand that packaging can make a difference, especially when you’re used to the sturdier Carnilove bags with the sliding zip.

While the Seven bag may feel different, rest assured that it’s designed to keep the food just as fresh. We sell high volumes of Seven and have never had any issues reported with freshness or the bag not doing its job. That said, we really appreciate your feedback, as we always want to make sure our recommendations meet your expectations.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to assure you that there is no cheeky or misleading advertising on our website. We clearly state whether a product includes one or two bags in multiple places – in the product title, the image, and the total weight description.

For certain large bag sizes (15kg, 12kg, and 11.4kg), we offer the option to purchase double bags, and on single bag product pages, we provide a link to the double bag version to make things as clear as possible.

We’re sorry if there was any misunderstanding, as that’s certainly not our intention. If you could let us know where you felt misled, we’d be happy to review it and ensure everything remains as transparent as possible. Please feel free to get in touch, and we’ll do our best to help.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the trouble with your delivery.

After looking into your order, we can see that DPD attempted to deliver on time to the postcode provided at checkout. Unfortunately, as the postcode was incorrect, the parcel had to be returned to us. As soon as we received it, we promptly resent it to the correct address to ensure you got your order as quickly as possible.

Your parcel was dispatched promptly, but unfortunately, it appears that DPD lost it in transit. As soon as you made us aware of the issue, we sent a replacement straight away to ensure you received your order as quickly as possible.
