Took payment for goods and did not…
Took payment for goods and did not deliver for 3 weeks, despite serval follow up emails. I have used this company for 10 years and can honestly say they have become worse. I will not use this company again.

I am ever so sorry for the delay with your order. Unfortunately we had experienced delays receiving one of your fabrics from our supplier. We are ever so sorry for this. I can see that once our Purchasing team had been made aware of the delay, they chased the supplier daily for an update.
Unfortunately as we hadn't received an update, I can see that my colleague had offered to cancel the outstanding fabric and arrange for the rest of your order to be sent. As you had confirmed that you would like to go ahead with your order, our purchasing team continued to chase the supplier for a response.
I can see that our warehouse team dispatched this on the same day your fabric was received into our warehouse and this was delivered the following working day.
I am ever so sorry that you are disappointed with the service you have received on this occasion and we hope to improve your opinion of our business if you do choose to shop with us in the future.

Lovely range of fabrics
Lovely range of fabrics. The fabric was sent quickly and did not use plastic packaging. Communication was clear.
The fabric is high quality & I am sure I will I use ‘just fabrics’ again.

No longer delivering in Europe
I'm frustrated that you are no longer delivering to France. This worked very well for me and suited all my English clients, really sad. Also not dealt with very well, just found out through a Facebook ad saying 'no longer delivering outside the UK'.

Thank you for your feedback.
I am ever so sorry that we are no longer shipping outside of the UK. When making these changes, we updated our website accordingly and added a pop up to our website for customers outside of the UK, to notify them of these changes.
A lot of our international customers are choosing to use a forwarding service so I would suggest taking a look into this, if you were still looking to order from us.

I ordered my fabric online and realised too late that the delivery address was incorrect. I immediately contacted Just Fabrics by phone and left a message. They called me back soon after and we sorted out the problem. Very helpful customer service, friendly staff and I’m delighted with my fabric.

Great service
Easy to navigate the website and there was a good selection of fire retardant fabrics to choose from. Lucy helped with finding an additional fabric and I was able to add that to my order of samples already requested.
Photos of fabrics were a good indication of colour and texture.
Samples arrived within a few days and the fabric chosen arrived a few days after I ordered it. Great service thank you.

This is the second time I have ordered…
This is the second time I have ordered from Just Fabrics. It has been 12 days and still not received my fabric. Have emailed but no response. Tried phoning and left a message but still no response. Not happy with service at present. Fabric is fab when you can get it
