We have waited over a month for a full skip to be removed despite assurance it would be shifted in a few days. Full skip is now an obstruction blocking access.

Very disappointed with the skip hire. More than a month after the latest collection date it still hasn't been picked up, this is despite very many requests to take it away. We will never use Justhire again.

JustHire has a user friendly website, it was easy to identify the size skip I needed and to arrange delivery. The skip was left with me for 2 weeks allowing plenty of time and it was promptly collected.

Justhire are quick and reliable, it don’t take long to get the skip and you get a good time frame before they come and collect, I would highly recommend and I will deffo be hiring another skip with them in the future.

Said they had availability, took our money, confirmed the booking and cancelled last minute with no reason apart from 'we don't have a skip'. Why then would you allow somebody to book it on the website?

It's so disappointing to have to be writing this as I'm not one to leave a negative review but I feel like my hands are tied. I strongly urge DIY-ers or anyone needing a service like skip hire to NOT use JustHire. Our experience with skip hire with them has been catastrophic.
For starters, they seem to have no control over when skips are delivered or picked up. Basically they just act as a middle-man between you and the actual supplier, and charge well over market rate for that service. Save your money and sanity and go direct to a supplier! Through contacts we were able to find a directly equivalent service for over £200 less!
Secondly, after booking our skip weeks in advance, they phoned saying they couldn’t find a skip (?!) and let us down on delivery by several days which cost us a whole weekend’s work, set our project back and had other acutely frustrating knock-on effects, including double-handling of waste and missed milestone dates. It all cost us money and time and stress.
Now it’s full, we can’t get the thing off our drive! 2 weeks of emailing, phoning, chasing and waiting, and nothing. They seem to disconnect their phone line randomly and we have not been able to get a response for days at a time, and whenever we do get a response we’re told it’ll be picked up shortly. It never is. This isn’t a one-time error or a miscommunication; it is now 2 weeks after scheduled pickup and the skip is still there.
Please don’t be taken in by the sleek website – our experience could not have been worse. So frustrating and our project has suffered because of it. Avoid!

Just hire was competitively priced. A good informative website on what can and cannot be put in a skip. Communication was easy with friendly staff. Will use them again

I found them very expensive but as i needed a skip urgently I had to bite the bullet and pay. Plus side, it arrived very quickly.
I requested an early collection, (only a couple of days), but that didn't happen.
We had problems with collection; my wife's car was outside and the driver said it was blocking the driveway but swmbo couldn't move it as she'd mislaid her keys and I had the spare in my car. The driver said he'd return after 15.00 and take it then if the car was moved. I managed to get out of work early and move the car. No collection and I then got an invoice for £120 for a wasted trip from them. I emailed stating all this and asking if I'd still be charged if there was a car there, but I didn't know who it was, (which happens a lot round here!), but I've yet to have a reply. I'm still waiting for the skip to be removed, but to be far, I've just paid the £120. There's now a car outside my house and I've no idea who it belongs to, so I could be getting another £120 charge if they arrive in the next few hours!
Would I use them again, very very unlikely. But never say never!
Oh. And the £120 charge IS listed in the contract.

Amazing service. Best skip hire service I have ever used. Hired a 4-yard skip, and it was by far the best price in my area. Both the service and website are quick, easy to use and exactly what it says on the tin, no nonsense, issues or difficulties. Booking and delivery were fast and on time. Spoken with the drivers/skip operators and service centre personnel, everyone was friendly and helpful. Skip was perfect. I unexpectedly needed the skip for an extra week, and arranging this was very straightforward, stress-free and way cheaper than expected. Overall, a brilliant company and service, affordable, easy, professional, convenient, and stress-free with zero issues. Definitely recommend, and will be using Justhire again in the near future. Easy to order online, with immediate delivery at short notice.
Had to change my collection date, again straightforward.
Telephone communication was easy, lady was very helpful.
A second skip was needed. So delivery and collection all done via app same day.
My only suggestion would be a slight discount offered for multiple skips? We had 4 within the month, this would have been a nice gesture,

only negative is it is not clear when adding in the commercial fridge disposal is that it needs to be put into the skip along with other items. Customer service was excellent and I was refunded when I asked to cancel that part. Drop off and collection on correct times.
Size of skip on website is a bit misleading from images. Perhaps a scale showing person stood next to it might be useful to help people choose the right size.
