The order process was easy and straightforward. However, delivery was changed from personal Honda delivery. to a courier, whereupon I had to lift the parcel off his vehicle. There were items missing and were subsequently re-sent a few days later. I had paid for a personal delivery and some additional promotional items included.
Whist these were not honored, I was retrospectively afforded a credit against this. Elementary stuff if you offer this service, otherwise, why do it

I bought a Honda Lawnmower, the price was the best when including P&P.
What really stands out though was the customer service, as when the mower was delivered there was some slight damage - the fault of the courier. The issue was dealt with quickly to my satisfaction.
The even register the unit with Honda, for your warranty. Great Service - I will use you again.

Last minute easter order
Placed order just before Easter and within a couple of hours had contact offering pre Easter delivery if I would like. Goods delivered on time and lawnmower assembled and demoed by the driver. All in all a very good experience.
