The ordering process was easy and…
The ordering process was easy and efficient. I was kept up to date about the delivery and when I had to return a phone call to the delivery department, it was dealt with quickly and courteously.
The delivery driver phoned ahead of time to give an approximate arrival time, and then delivered the machine, already set up and gave instructions about its use . A most impressive service - I couldn't have asked for more.

Just Honda were excellent from start to…
Just Honda were excellent from start to finish. When I rang for advice on the brushcutter, the gentleman I spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. A lady called a few days before delivery was due to arrange this and she was excellent too. Mel rang to tell me he was about half an hour away on the day of delivery and turned up on time. He was friendly, helpful and, again, professional in every way.
I could not fault Just Honda. It is so refreshing these days to find such a professional company.

Next day delivery, assembled and started easily. The wheels on this unit are narrower than the casing so should cut closer to the lawn edge.

Great service from beginning to end.
I was impressed by the website and explanation and presentation of the comprehensive amount of mowers available. Communication was also great I was informed that my mower was being assembled and checked before the delivery. The delivery driver Dave rang me 30 minutes before arrival as promised. He personally chauffeured my new mower and gave a detailed and informative walk through . Great service and a fantastic team. Thanks to everyone.

Superb service
Great product delivered on time by a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful delivery man. Mower was ready to use and was demonstrated on delivery. Was literally using it about 4 days after I ordered it. Superb service all round.

Great/solid typical Honda piece of kit - my previous one lasted 23 years!
However, assembly instructions in owner’s manual are very poor - inadequate pictures instead of enlightening words.
Attaching grass catcher to its frame is very difficult and requires a pair of plyers (plus an extra pair of hands!)
Also, assembly of pushing handle when starter cord requires manipulation is not covered.
In North Wales today the sun is out, the sky is blue - a perfect day for the mower‘a debut!
I’m pretty confident that it will not fail to deliver😀👍

Absolutely superb service. Delivery within 3 days. Delivery man was early, polite and highly knowledgeable/helpful. Product was a Honda lawnmower and appears to be the usual exceptional quality product. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone planning to purchase a Honda.

I placed an order with just Honda after a Google search, 48 hours later (probably a little less) my order arrived, packaged perfectly.
