Great premium and cover …
Very competitive premium which included some vehicle modifications and included extra benefits as standard.

I always find with JK that nothing is too much trouble, and I am given as much time as needed. Being specialists in campers puts you ahead of the rest that just consider everything as ‘vehicles’. Pricing very good too, thank you.

Very UNHAPPY client …
I have one car already insured with this company
I have been trying to insure another
I’ve been on the phone on hold for over 3 hours I’ve called 9 times and I’m told just to wait and a colleague will be with you soon.
I was on hold on one call for 59 minutes 50 seconds before I decided I can’t wait any longer
It’s a shame when all you way to do is give a company business that you are treated like this as an existing client
I wonder how long it will take to reply to a negative review ???

Won't be using again
I was quoted three hundred and fifty seven pound and then when i phoned up to pay , they said my 5 years no claims bonus does not count because it is on a vehicle that I use I had to give an extra £150 , but then they wanted me to send in proof of the 5 years bonus on the second car as it will be used to mirror it after sending proof they keep telling me the proof is not valid when all the information is there in front of them.
I would think twice about using this company again, as they are not willing to check themselves by database, they just leave the work to you.
I feel like they are saying it's not valid just to scam me for extra money.
