Excellent assistance when enquiring about breakdown cover.
My insurance was up for renewal with Just Kampers prior to the additional breakdown cover.
Breakdown & insurance was arranged very efficiently over the phone with the added bonus of being able to talk to someone.

Absolutely Fantastic!
When I first got some quotes for car insurance, Just Kampers weren’t the cheapest on paper, but we decided to go with them because the customer service we received was head and shoulders above the rest. The young guy we spoke to (Archie) was helpful, polite and so genuine that in the end, we felt happy choosing them over the other companies.

Extortionate Prices for Address Change
I don’t normally write reviews unless necessary but I am in disbelief. I have just been charged £76.76 to change our address for our camper van insurance as we have moved.
How an earth did they come up with that price! Apparently they have to get a requote from the insurer who doesn’t have to divulge why they’ve charged the amount they have for a change of address. I got told that some of it was for an admin fee, it takes about 1 minute to change an address! & the rest of it was from the actual insurer, she said it could because we’ve moved to a higher risk area. Funny that because we have multiple vehicles that we were able to change online & actually got a refund because the quiet lovely, barely any risk area we have moved to is less of a risk than where we lived before.
Another example of being ripped off just because they know you have no choice but to pay without having to give you an explanation of how they came to that amount.
Will definately NOT be renewing with Just Kampers & I advise anyone who may be thinking of moving while they have a policy with this company not to bother either, there are other companies out there who do not charge for this service & if there are any additional charges you are at least told the reasoning behind it & not given a figure plucked out of nowhere just because they can! Absolutely disgusted!
