Great support
After setting the policy up online, a computer issue set up the wrong payment scheme
The JustKamper team identified the problem, called me and assisted cancellation and resetting to a different underwriter, at a lower cost with better benefits.
Rachel from the JustKamper team was amazing, she stayed on my case throughout until the issue was resolved
And went the extra mile to ensure all T’s were crossed and all i’s were dotted in my favour, before she issued the policy
