Humans who answer the phone
Was about to renew with previous insurer who promised to call back and didn’t, so thought I’d shop around on internet.. Just kampers called as they noticed I had been looking .. they gave me a quote over the phone .. £100 less than previous.. I asked them to email details so I could think about it .. they obliged and didn’t push to seal the deal .. every person I spoke to was knowledgeable, helpful and keen to help.. obviously I took the policy out with them .. really pleased

Good. Best to call them than via web chat or portal
Wanted to add an additional driver to my existing policy. Logged into my account and submitted the request. No response, so contacted via chat and was advised it take 3-5 days and couldn't give me any more details. Waited until 5 working days were up and then contacted via phone. Dealt with eventually but had to cancel my existing policy and take out a new one.
Best to call them than rely on web chat or via their portal.
Overall good company to deal with.

Failed payments !!! It wasn’t due!!!…
Attempting to take payment a week before it’s due then pestering customers with almost threatening emails text messages and phone calls sometimes several times a day. Pretty sure this is not limited to just me.
