I got there in the end, and was rewarded with a large saving.
I presented a challenge in taking out cover for three vehicles at the same time. Forms for mileage and garaging were slow to appear on the website and had to be filled in more than once. The specific locations for garaging had not been discussed earlier and led to an amendment and extra charge for one vehicle. A threat of cancelling one of the policies after 7 days was down to communication failure. I was dealing with JKI and their Broker, Stirling. The two did not appear to be joined up. After three longish phone calls it was all sorted. This is not a complaint, as the product fully matched my requirements and I saved more than £500 in comparison to my previous insurer's quote. Everyone I spoke to at JKI and Stirling were very helpful and friendly.

Watch out for Cancellation Fees
When insuring my camper with JK Insurance they were very helpful and I had no issues.
Having just cancelled my policy due to selling the vehicle, the 'cancellation fees' were steep meaning only 3 months into my policy I have ended up paying two thirds of the policy value. The customer service agent said this was due to the insurer taking the remaining percentage of their commission for the policy from me and not the insurer (as JK insurance are a broker). When I explained my dissatisfaction and that I wouldn't use them again, the agent said he gets that from most of the customers that cancel their policies with them! Worth reading the T's&C's in detail before taking a policy out.
