Always get a friendly welcome. They have a great range of board games, wargaming, D&D and TCG products for sale. The last place in Liverpool that hasn’t just pivoted to shelves full of funko pop and tat. Really good prices too!

I did get my item in good time but the postage service paid for was not used.

I did get a refund on this very promptly, but this was caught by me, meaning this was likely not going to be happening if I had not raised it. Therefore I would advise anyone ordering online here to check whether the postage you paid for is correct.

The packaging used here was also minimal, and I have seen other online sites do a much better job. This would not be an issue if the items ordered were not so expensive. Ultimately it did arrive undamaged, but I am hesitant to order something like this again here due to the mixup in postage and packaging.

I booked a beginner's session to learn Pokémon TCG. I get very anxious in new social settings, but the team at Just Play made me feel really welcome and relaxed.

I was very surprised that the Ultimate AoS Starter Set which was listed on the store site as Available To Order when I ordered it and was told that it would take a couple of days was available the next day!!!

I don't mean to be harsh with just 4 stars, but when I went to collect the order, it had been stored away as just the Starter set and so I was thinking that my order had got messed up and I had wasted journey a bit, but, the assistant soon found the actual Ultimate set on a shop shelf and so the order was great!

So, for that, I'd give the whole thing 5, but the set I had ordered being available for anyone to have bought was a little awkward.

I REALLY do recommend this shop though, they have a wide range of stock for all sorts of this type of hobby and the staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging.

Staff are friendly a love yapping to them whenever I go buy mini's, the store also has nice vibes and is welcoming with a loads to choose from.
