Tracksuit that's Small Fit - Christmas Present & No Exchange
Hi
I bought my son a tracksuit for Christmas & the fit for an XL is very small. There is hardly any stretch in the track bottom waist & the jacket is tight. I wanted to exchange this for XXL but I received a short rude email message saying you have to return the item 14 days after receiving it. Obviously this is not possible if it was bought more than 14 days ago as a Christmas present.
Not very good shopping site, as I am now stuck with a £29.99 tracksuit, which is of no use to me. I would never use this site again!

I have emailed this company twice this…
I have emailed this company twice this week and have had no reply. What type of business is this?
They have taken payment from my bank and no confirmation on email to say my order will be with me today. Paid for Saturday special delivery
They are also sending me emails to offer me 15% off for the tracksuit I have purchased. I was hoping to have this for Christmas and they have just ignored and have taken my money.

Not next day and terrible customer service
I ordered NEXT DAY. The order was delivered 4 days later and I no longer required the product as the reason I needed it had passed. I repurchased the item elsewhere for the needed date.
I immediately sent the return back and asked them to cover the delivery cost since I think it’s unacceptable that I’ve had to pay £4 due to the late product. They have now blocked my emails so I’m awaiting an investigation with klarna.
Will not be using again as unreliable and not understanding at all. Blame everything else but themselves

Terrible use of communication, no way of contacting let alone speaking to anyone there. No live chat, no phone number, no whatsapp like common clothing brands.
No way to find out when the order was coming and when it was coming, the courier apparently couldn't deliver the order with no reason. I was at the place of delivery since 8AM till 7PM. No one showed up.
They have a cheap courier service set up, and a terrible customer retention.
End of the day, my fault for trying a new up and coming business.

I check the label to see where the product was originally from .made in Pakistan. Such a waste of money . Would not recommend anyone buying of this site .

In communication with Amazon I was informed that I will get my refund by the 22nd but today is the 23rd and there’s no refund. Placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery, received notification on the Wednesday saying order dispatched, no tracking nothing, order never arrived until Monday, no response form Customer service when they did respond they told me the order was placed on the Friday after 4pm, which was completely false as the sent a dispatch confirmation 2 days before that. Not sure why they would lie, poor customer service and taking extra money for delivery services they cant or do not intend to provide.
