Poor quality
I saw the image and fell in love with colour, the style and sent it to my love one to get it as part of my present.
They arrived quickly however I am a size 6 and ordered a size up a 7 in case they don't fit.
The 7 just about fit me.
The colour is pale, the design is off, not as bright or shiny looking in the photo advertise.
The slippers have a unusual high arch, which could after a while will hurt.
I just wish these clothing stores get thing right because for the price of them, it's not worth it.
Poor quality, no way are they worth the money they are asking for.
I would like a refund for my loved one who brought them for me, we are both disappointed.

This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I ordered some boots and totally different boots to the picture on the website showed up - they didn't even have the same amount of shoe lace holes! I was sold the boots based on false advertising. The boots that showed up were cheap and nasty, and nothing like the ones I thought I had purchased.

Ordered from JYO 5 blazers in different colours and in 2 sizes as I was’t sure about the fit - When they arrived the quality of them was awful and so I sent them straight back using the correct returns label and obtained proof of postage which clearly shows the weight of package at 1.5kg.
JYO have only refunded 1 item stating the other items were not received and the packaging was still intact so haven’t fallen out in transit. They are now refusing me a refund on the other 4 items totalling £115! This is a disgrace and a complete scam and I can’t get to speak to anyone in person and it’s taking days for them to respond to emails!
**Update to your reply as I’ve emailed this to you already but again with no response I have sent back all 5 items. The weight of the package being 1.5kg (as sent to you on my proof of postage receipt) unless you are suggesting 1 of your blazers weigh 1.5kg ?? Again as I have emailed, if this is not sorted on my return from holiday in 10 days I will be contacting the online retail ombudsman and trading standards - hope everyone reading this can also see how ridiculous you are as a company to deal with - stay clear is my advice !!

fine unless you need to return something...
I tried to return my order using the tracked label provided. Royal mail have lost my return. Most companies will issue a refund with a proof of posting but not these guys. Personally I'd steer clear.
Just your outfit have asked me to update my review as I have now received my refund after chasing the company for 11 days with repeated email and attempts to call. 10 days after first being told I wouldn't receive an email for my lost item I finally contacted Royal mail by phone. After waiting on hold to speak to royal mail for about 30 mins I spoke to somebody who said that the lost item was the responsibility of just your outfit and that I couldn't claim for it they had to. As a result I posted my review on trust pilot... one day later I received my refund. Therefore I stand by my original verdict that this is company is fine unless you need to return something. Its a shame as the shoes I purchased and didn't return are great and had I had a better experience I would have bought another pair

Clothes I've ordered so far have been good quality but the downfall has been the sizes I had to go up 2 sizes for my son as they come quite small...price is excellent though and got my refund quickly, and ordered sizes again and came within a couple of days..Will use site again
