I recently viewed and let a house with Sarah Perrin at JW Wood Lettings and she was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. This is my first home I have let on my own and Sarah made the entire process much easier to manage, she communicated every stage with me and had the entire process complete in a couple of weeks. She kept me updated with viewings and feedback from potential buyers, and was always available at the end of the phone. Excellent communication and attention to detail with understanding what a stressful time house buying and selling can be for sellers and buyers. It's the human element to the service for which I'm writing this review, and which was very much appreciated. And in that vein I've got to commend consultant, Nicky Hall, for delivering all these qualities at Woods.
