Kamsons,Heath road, Haywards Heath branch, are a lovely pharmacy they have always gone out of there way to accommodate my needs, always very friendly and polite, I would highly recommend them! they are the total opposite to most pharmacies that just natter over coffee and act like ur invisible! Before kamsons I used a chemist in lindfield for years I wish I left sooner tbh but I digress. kamsons is 10/10

Everytime I go to my local branch no matter how busy they are the staff are polite and friendly.I order my prescription over the phone and the calls are always answered quickly and I am always greeted with a friendly helpful voice.

Kamsons pharmacy in Avenue road new Milton excellent friendly helpful staff go out of there way to help you the pharmacist Helen is lovely very kind easy to talk if you need some advice or just to ask her a question the service is outstanding it’s just a very happy pharmacy I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Sorted out my nieces prescriptions today at the end of the day without any problems just as they were about to close.

The recent Kamsons Building Refurbishment is great, with more space and an improved layout inside the Pharmacy.

The recent & ongoing problems with outgoing e-mails from Kamsons to their Patients (specifically sent from the Pharmacy to notify Patients when their Medical Prescription has been processed & is available for collection from the Pharmacy) is disappointing. Fortunately, the issue seems to be fixed now.

If I can give no stars, I will, cause they don’t deserve one star even.
The incompetence of the staff is beyond measure. They all just lurking behind the reception. It took them 5 days to organise my medication, and on the 5th day they came up with the excuse blaming some supplier. Anyway avoid!!!

Great support for starting my weight management journey. Excellent information provided to help me decide and to check I understood how to take the medication. Rapid dispensing and great follow up for 6 weeks time at Highcliffe medical centre branch.

Very disappointing service from this pharmacy.
Over an hour wait for simple medication.
Constantly mis pronouncing my name.
The pharmacist looked totally overwhelmed and not in control of her team. Messy and confusing atmosphere.
I do not recommend this pharmacy

I honestly can’t thank the staff at Kamsons Pharmacy on Milfoil Drive enough. They are always so kind, caring, patient and helpful, and nothing ever seems like too much trouble.

I’ve had some difficult times with my health, and the way the staff have treated me has made such a difference. They listen, they take the time to help, and they genuinely make you feel like you’re being looked after rather than just being another prescription.

The service is excellent, the staff are lovely, and I really appreciate everything they do. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Thank you to the whole team for being so wonderful. ❤️

I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful service at Kamsons Pharmacy in Penge.

While staying with my son in the area, I developed an infected mosquito bite. Being from Hampshire, I was worried about how to get medical help, so I went in to ask the pharmacist for advice. It is clearly a very busy pharmacy, yet the staff are incredibly patient with everyone - your team at Penge are excellent.

The pharmacist, Honour, was so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Under the Pharmacy First scheme, he clinically assessed the bite and prescribed the necessary antibiotics right there at the counter. This was an absolute lifesaver and saved me so much stress.

I also want to say a huge thank you to the lovely ladies at the counter who served me; everyone looked after me so well. An absolutely fantastic, hardworking team and a brilliant local asset!

I visited Janiee at the Brighton, Beaconsfield Rd Kamsons branch for travel vaccines. She was so helpful, gave good advice, saved me money on my malaria tablets, told me how to get a yellow fever certificate and fitted me in for my Rabies jabs so I could attend a leaving do with colleagues. This was despite having a full day of MMR catchups in her diary. Couldn’t recommend this pharmacy enough.

We’ve just witnessed one of your delivery drivers occupying a disabled space on Caledonian Road.
She shot out when we were trying to park by our flat because she were bringing our daughter back from the doctors and he got my husband to wind down the windows and started verbally abusing him for not indicating and taking to long to park,

He then proceeded to turn onto Lewes Road aggressively beeping at pedestrians who were crossing at traffic lights and driving unsafely across a busy intersection

He had long shaggy hair, looked to be in 60s and had a mustache

I didn’t get the license plate because he drove so quickly and aggressively but if I did I’d be reporting him and you to operation lockdown

He shouldn’t be working or representing your company,

I went to Kamson's looking for some immediate treatment for a sudden, nasty infection on my arm.
Within ten minutes I was in a consulting room with a pharmacist (Omar) who very efficiently diagnosed the problem and had me sorted out with medication.
Superb service and attention.

At my time in my life it has been very reassuring that my pills are delivered and the staff are very helpful so thankyou very much indeed.

Went to collect my diabetic medication. I was spoken to poorly like I was a bit of dirt. Absolutely disgusting. I was told to call 111 if I was that bothered about getting my medication.

The staff are amazing especially the lovely dark haired lady who stands/operates the computer. They couldn't be more helpful if they tried!! Well done✔️

This Pharmacy is simply the BEST in the Bow E3 Area,
Their Home Deliveries are Brilliant. You can always get hold of them - if you have a query- unlike some Pharmacies- in the area!!
I would Highly Recommend this Pharmacy!!
