I’ve been with Rise coaching for 12 weeks now. From the beginning, Becky took time to understand my goals and any limitations I had and built a personal plan that is currently challenging yet achievable.

Other than seeing physical results, I’ve gained so much more knowledge and confidence. I’m still able to eat out and finally understand no food is off limits.

Initially, there were a few exercises I’ve struggled with from a previous back injury and Becky has adapted my workout plan to accommodate this. Her support and encouragement has been invaluable and I’m excited to see what the next few months bring as I transition from a calorie deficit to a maintenance and building phase. Thank you Becky for making my journey so far easy and enjoyable.

Abs at 42!!!

At 42 and consistently training 5x a week, I felt fit but didn't feel like I was seeing the results of my hard work in the gym, namely down to poor nutrition. I saw another lady's progress with Rise and felt like they could really help me get the results I'd only dreamed of! And I was right. 16 weeks in and Ive lost 14 lbs, inches of body fat and gained abs and confidence, plus I now have an excuse into buy a whole new wardrobe in time for summer!
Katie and Becky have been so supportive from the start, understanding my background, being a FT working Mum and the concerns I had around tracking and measurements. I've felt supported ever step of way, with access to them both via the app for advice, support, encouragement. I've learnt so much and am feel like I have the tools to dial in again if I need to.
I honestly never thought I would get here and couldn't have done it without their support. I'm now ready to smash the BUILD phase! Thank you so much 🙏

Postpartum Fat Loss Journey

I started working with Katie at the end of June last year, 8 months postpartum, and with her help and guidance I’ve now lost over 15kg.

She’s been so supportive the whole way through, always patient and understanding, and constantly giving me new meal ideas whenever I got bored of what I was eating.

What started as a fat loss journey has turned into so much more. I’ve built a completely different lifestyle around food and exercise, and I actually love going to the gym now.

Most importantly, as a mum of two young girls, I’ve learned how to prioritise time for myself which has been the biggest change of all.

Honestly, if I hadn’t signed up with Katie, I’d probably still be 15kg heavier now.

I’m really excited to move into the next phase, now focusing on maintenance and building and can’t wait to see what more we can achieve.

For when you need both accountability and support

I've had a great experience with Katie's coaching (and Becky's) as part of the Rise programme. From the first point of contact with Katie I was made to feel comfortable and the ongoing support has been more of the same. I already had gym experience but with a busy work life what I was lacking was accountability and the recognition that it was okay to make time to do something for me. The app the programme uses makes it really easy. Everything is in one place from calorie tracking to workouts and feedback, so even if you're new to gym/working out it really does take the stress out of things. I've dropped approx 5.5kg in 11 weeks ahead of my wedding, and I both feel and look better for it. Even when I damaged my knee they were quick to adapt my training plan to help me keep things on track. And the ladies are going to support me through a maintenance phase now in the lead up to my wedding. They've really made the whole experience easy and I've gained both the knowledge and confidence to be self sufficient after my programme ends.

Trust the process

Before I started on RISE, I was going to football training every week, playing 90 mins of football every Sunday, and walking the dog. I’ve been dipping in and out of the gym for 10 years, been part of bootcamp, gym classes and diets, I’ve tried them all. Keto, starving myself until 2pm every day. I even went to a private hospital to get quoted £7,000 for an arm lift.

I have been unhappy with my body image for years. I also thought I knew a lot about nutrition, but how wrong I was! Katie has taught me that fuelling your body with the right foods, lots of protein will keep you fuller for longer. Katie is the biggest support throughout this whole process. If there is a social event, that’s ok, we look at the menu before I go and prep before with eating lower calories.

Trust the process is becoming my new slogan, I felt defeated, fed up and just sailing through life before, buying clothes that fitted my curvier shape than walking into a shop confident to know I can buy the smaller size and I will feel good in it. My 8 week journey has been so eye opening, inspiring and I am soo excited to see what the next 8 weeks will look like.

Thank you Katie and RISE for bringing back my confidence!

My experience with Katie has been…

My experience with Katie has been nothing short of amazing. She’s supported me every step of the way and has truly been in my corner throughout this journey.

Because of my intolerances and sensitivities, my nutrition has been planned with so much care and attention. For the first time in a long time, my stomach feels completely settled, which has made such a difference to my daily life.

My progress in the gym has been incredible too. I’ve been training for a few years but always avoided the free weights area. Now, I walk in feeling confident and capable because I have a clear plan and know exactly what I’m doing.

I’m 8 weeks in and 4kg lighter! I’m so excited to see how far I can go.

Katie, you’ve been absolutely fantastic. I’m so grateful for everything you’ve done — I genuinely can’t thank you enough.

Highly recommend Katie to anyone!

I honestly didn’t think losing around 5kg in about 4 months was possible for me, but Katie made it completely doable. Her approach was very supportive and realistic - she was always aware of and understanding about other life factors, which I was so grateful for.
I learned key lessons that I know I can take forward permanently, and I love knowing that Katie is there if I need a refresher or decide to work towards a new goal in the future.

I’d highly recommend her to anyone who wants sustainable results and a genuinely lovely supportive coach. Thank you!

Training that fits with real life

I started working with Becky in February when I was 6 months post partum, feeling lost and daunted at the thought of going back to work.
8 months later I'm almost 15kg down and the most confident in a long time! It's not always been a smooth journey but Becky has kept me motivated and reminded me when to give myself some grace.

Going into it I thought I was just going to focus on losing weight, but it became much more. I've rediscovered my confidence and given me the tools to thrive in every part of my life. I know I would not have done it without Becky & I'll forever be grateful!

8 months in...

I am now 8 months into my coaching with Becky. In this time, I have lost about/just over 6kg. I am making better choices and being more consistent - particularly at times that I would have just called it quits. The days of 'I will start that next month' are gone. The weekly check ins with Becky keep me motivated and on track, and I can catch up with her in between when I get stuck on something.

I feel stronger and healthier, and have noticed huge strides with strength training and my running. I feel more toned and string and can run faster for longer. I am making better choices with food and allowing for the swings and roundabouts of everyday life.

I have really enjoyed this process and have signed up continue into the new year.

Realistic and Responsive Training

I’ve been working with Becky for over 2.5 years, and her guidance has supported me through some of the biggest milestones in my life!

Before my first pregnancy, I wanted to improve my health and my relationship with food. With Becky’s support, I built sustainable habits, gained confidence, and got into the best shape I’d ever been in.

During pregnancy, she created safe, effective workouts that kept me strong and prepared for birth. After my son was born, I struggled with the weight gain and challenges that come with newborn life and recovery. It felt overwhelming, and I sunk back into some bad habits, but Becky was steady throughout by checking in, encouraging me, and never making me feel judged. When I was ready to return, she helped me ease back in with a plan that worked with the realities of new motherhood.

Now a year postpartum, I feel strong, capable, and proud of my progress! What I appreciate most is how Becky always provides practical plans that meet me where I am. Her coaching has been such an important resource in my journey 💕

Thoughtful and personalized approach

I contacted Katie a few weeks back out of frustration. I was already working out 5 times a week, eating healthy and counting calories, prioritizing sleep, and yet my weight kept going up every week. I had started thinking that maybe there was something wrong with me — I was doing everything right, so why was my weight going up?
Within hours of contacting Katie, she was already jumping on a call with me to listen to my frustrations and explain what her program was about.
Now I'm less than 2 months in, with a few tweaks to my nutrition that have me eating more — not less — and a program that has me working out less — not more — and I've already lost 4 kilos and started seeing my muscles pop out.
Katie keeps supporting me, telling me to push harder when she knows I can, and still encouraging me to enjoy my social events without guilt. She's always quick to respond and help me with any questions I have.
Turns out I was doing some things right, but clearly needed more structure and support which I definitely found in Katie's program.

I've been working with Katie as my…

I've been working with Katie as my online personal coach for the past three months and have already lost over 5kg, which I'm really proud of. Her weekly catch-up videos keep me motivated and on track, and it's reassuring knowing she's always available if I have any questions or need support. The meal plans are simple, affordable, and actually enjoyable to stick to—plus, if there's ever something I don’t like, Katie is quick to suggest an alternative that suits my preferences.
What sets Katie apart is how personal and flexible her approach is. She takes the time to understand what works for me and adapts the plan accordingly, which makes a huge difference. I feel more in control of my habits and health now than I have in a long time, and I’m excited to keep going with her support. Thank you Katie for helping me on my journey, can’t wait to see where the next few months take me!!

I've been working with Katie for 5 months now and am really happy with the experience. The nutrition plan has given me some new recipes which actually keep me full all day, and the workout plans are updated regularly to keep you progressing.
I'm noticing the physical changes but what's surprised me most is the mental/emotional change - I didn't realise at the time how negatively I thought of myself and there's already been such a massive shift in my mindset over these 5 months. Katie's so bubbly and optimistic every check in, even on the weeks where I can't see anything's gone well she manages to find a win, and now I'm noticing every day I'm thinking more positively too.

Best decision of my life!

I’ve been working with Katie for a few years now, and haven’t looked back! I’m in the best shape of my life both mentally and physically thanks to Katie. She’s supported me through many life events, and most recently prepping for my wedding. My prep was steady and healthy, with many meals out and social events, I smashed my goals and fit into my dress perfectly with her support. Katie keeps me accountable but understands the importance and balance and fitting around my routine - work, dog, personal events. She has brought so much value to my life and I can’t thank her enough. I feel like I’ve gained so much knowledge and confidence through our time training together. Thank you Katie!

Amazing support

I’d lost my way a bit with ill health and menopause and was struggling to see the weight go down, having been a big gym goer before I was very keen to get back on the weights but struggled to get started.
Katie and Becky have given me structure, a macro plan to stick to and the confidence to know that with consistency you can make changes.
They’re both very much on hand if you have any questions or issues with some exercises and will make a plan to suit you and not one size fits all.

Having recently joined Katie J Coaching, I’ve been really impressed with the support from both Katie and Becky! I’ve only recently had a baby and didn’t know where to start so Becky has given me workouts and nutrition plans to be able to fit in with me and the baby! I’ve already achieved some great results in just a month too!

I’ve just finished with Katie J…

I’ve just finished with Katie J Coaching, and Becky has been amazing! She was amazing to have to talk through all my fears and doubts and helped me to build consistency and confidence in the gym, and outside the gym! When I had setbacks like a pulled muscle or the inability to make it to the gym, she altered my workouts to suit! Im really thankful to Becky and to Katie for the last 6 months❤️

Katie was amazing! She was always there for me, it was very easy to work togeher, she always answered on time with everything I asked.

A real life changing experience

For me, joining Katie J coaching has been a life changing experience. I was at a very low point in my life when I joined Katie 8 months ago. I went thought some hard times and was not feeling happy or confident in my body. At first I was hesitant joining this experience because I am not a very social person and like to keep things to myself, but I am really glad I did join this experience because it did help me develop myself physically but also mentally, and it got me out of my shell a bit more. She has built a really nice community with all kinds of women who go through the same things and they were all really supporting. Katie helped me build running plans, strength training plans, and meal plans, and was available at any time for support when needed. I lost 9kg thanks to her and got to run my first 10KM in 59 minutes. I feel so much better in my body then before I joined this experience. She has always been very supporting (in the good weeks, and the bad weeks) and could not have wished for a better coach then Katie. She has really helped me structure my life which is really what I needed fitness wise. This has been a great experience and I am really glad I went through it with Katie. I would recommend working with her 100%

10 months and I’ve changed my whole outlook!

I’ve come to the end of my 10 months with Katie J coaching and I can honestly say I am a completely different person to the one that started back in January. When I first enquired with Katie / Becky I was in a rut, I had no motivation, I had no real experience of what works and what I should be doing in the gym and frankly I was a bit lost and needed some guidance. I’ve been working closely with Becky for 10 months and since then I’ve been able to build so much confidence in myself and my abilities, I’ve been on holiday hiking up mountains and national parks, I’ve got back into wearing bikinis and not hating myself in the mirror. The lessons I have learnt aren’t a quick fix, they are what I can take forward in my every day and this change is a new lifestyle. I cannot express just how grateful I am that I took this leap of faith and encourage anyone who is feeling a little lost and just needs a bit of support and guidance. You won’t regret it!
