I’ve just completed my first 8 weeks on Katie’s online coaching. It’s been an amazing 8 weeks. I’ve previously had a bad experience with an online coach but Katie/Becky have totally changed my mindset on online coaching.
From day one I’ve been given direct 1-1 attention. Every single detail from my initial call was carried through into my plan. Like this plan is mine, it’s for me, made for me, with me in mind!! It’s not generic!
I’ve had scale weight victories every week but I’ve also lost 46cm from my body!!
I’ve still had meals out with family/friends and not restricted any foods. The meals that are set are really yummy but I also have the flexibility of creating my own meals and juts tracking what i eat. So the options are endless. I have chocolate every day and still enjoying all my favourite treats.
Check ins with Becky are so foods . She is so helpful and always got lots of tips to help on the journey. She is understanding when I’ve been unwell and gives lots of advice. She doesn’t make me feel under any pressure but I know she is always there if I need her.
It’s definitely been the best thing I’ve done in my fitness journey and we are only just getting started!!

If you haven’t joined Katie Nelson’s coaching, where have you been?!?!?!? Before I joined Katie’s programme, I was absolutely clueless on where to begin with my weight loss journey and I was not confident enough to go and use machines at the gym. But now I’m nearly a pro, thanks to Katie!! She’s an amazing coach and mentor (more like a friend). She’s helped me achieve my weight goal and made me very knowledgable on areas that I did not have a clue on.
Literally life changing!!!!
Before finding Katie, I was basically in a massive rut. My diet was super poor and calorific with no nutrition. I was lazy, I barely moved – lucky to do 2000-3000 steps a day! I suffered with severe lower back pain and my knee would be in agony walking up the stairs. I worked long hours and blamed this for not having time to eat better food or fit in any exercise into my day. I’d lost big amounts of weight before but both times, piled it back on due to an unhealthy lifestyle!
When I signed up with Katie I was excited to get started. My plan had some delicious meals included and my calorie allowance was huge compared to what I was expecting. My initial thoughts were… I can’t eat this much food and lose weight?!
Every single week weight would be coming off although some weeks were smaller numbers than I’d hoped for and I’d have the occasional tantrum about it. This is where Katie’s support and guidance really came in. Not only was she educating me on the right foods to eat, to move more, to enjoy what I’m eating and not restrict myself, she was teaching me other factors such as how the body can retain water from a number of things (stress, lack of sleep, repairing muscle etc). So if the scales only said a 1lb loss, in reality there could have been more fat loss but some water weight gain. This has opened my eyes massively to how I look at them god damn scales!
As the weeks went on, Katie adjusted my meals to contain higher protein, constantly mixing up recipes so I wasn’t getting bored of what I was eating. I’ve learnt so much about macros and how to plan meals and not to be scared of eating nice food in fear of gaining fat! I’ve also learned the benefits of strength training and whilst I’m only at the beginning of this journey I’m determined to keep it going as I have enjoyed every single second of it!
I’m eating better than I ever have done, I’m moving so much more than I ever have done but the most important thing is… I’m enjoying it. It’s not a “diet” and it’s never felt like a “diet” – it’s a lifestyle change with a simple outlook of eating the right amount of food groups, all in moderation. I don’t even recognise myself anymore but I LOVE the new me and I have Katie to thank for all of this!!
I would 1000% recommend Katie to anyone looking to start a lifestyle change. Not only is she super knowledgeable on all things health and fitness, she’s really really lovely and there absolutely anytime of time of day if you need encouragement along the way!

Not with Katie…she set me a realistic daily calorie goal so never hungry along with an achievable exercise plan taking into account me being a full time working mum. I’ve gained so much knowledge and confidence from Katie as well as losing inches and weight. Would 100% recommend Katie to anyone looking to make a positive change!!

Before Becky I was scared of lifting weights at the gym as I felt like I had no idea what I was doing and so only went to classes. I’ve been working with her for 6 months now and while I am pleased with the physical changes in my body, what I’m most pleased with is that I am now confident enough to walk into a gym to the weights section with no fear at all! Becky has been so supportive and has honestly been the best coach I could have asked for. She has been patient with me and has dealt with all of my ups and downs and anxieties. She has adapted the plan to my lifestyle and has given me loads of great advice on my nutrition (as well as some super yummy recipes!) I’ve not had to change my social life at all and have gone on 2 holidays and have also had COVID but have still managed to achieve results! I would highly recommend Becky as a coach, I’m going to miss checking in with you every week but just want to say thank you so much! 💛

Katie is THE BEST COACH
I've been a client of Katie's for the last 52 weeks, and its been one of the best experiences I've ever had. Katie has taught me so much over the last year, and it will hopefully lead me to make better choices as I head out on my own. Katie has always been there if I had questions, offering assistance on form or just general life questions, and also just being a great coach. She is kind and understanding, and is a great role model for all of her clients. She doesn't promote any unrealistic goals or expectations, but does guide her clients to lead a better and more manageable lifestyle, while factoring in any different circumstances. I would recommend Katie to anyone, as my experience with her has been 100% AMAZING.

KatiejFitness is the best decision I made in January, I learnt so many different things and my body changed so much, just from doing exercises at home! Katie really proved to me that you don’t need to go to the gym to get a hot bod, when you work on yourself, good things happen. Katie was sooo considerate of my situation as well, every time I would ask for a change she helped me with a smile, her video feedback was always a joy to watch back and her constantly positivity was so motivating! Katie is an absolute dream of a coach
Katie is an absolute dream of a coach. So understanding, motivating and sweet. I've been able to be so honest with her and tell her if I'm just not feeling it or I'm frustrated with something and she really goes above and beyond to help me with it. Katie doesn't just stick a workout and diet plan in your hand but actually cares and wants to help with "the big picture". I made really good progress in a moderately short amount of time. Hit my lowest weight in maybe six or seven years, lost so many inches that I've had to redo pretty much half of my wardrobe, gained a lot of confidence and really found joy in working out just for the sake of working out. Getting stronger and leaner is great of course but the fact that I get so excited to workout and for it to be one of my favorite things in the day - that I just love.

Life Changing

Katie is amazing. I have made so much progress in the last couple of months, I can’t believe it. Before I started coaching with Katie I was restricting, binging and had a history of an eating disorder and such a bad relationship with my body and with food. However, now I am living my best life ever, I feel so good about myself and my body, I am eating more than I have ever eaten and seeing amazing changes in my body! Katie’s helped me to achieve this by starting a reverse diet alongside strength training. I know I can get support from her whenever I need it and has always helped me when going through a rough patch. Every week I am stronger and happier and making progress! I can’t wait to continue this journey and see where I end up!

I have been with katie for a couple of months now and she is absolutely amazing! Katie is so knowledgeable and her workouts are killers and produce incredible results alongside her delicious meal plan. Katie is so understanding and encourages going out and having fun whilst having a balanced diet instead of a fad diet which is really good; she is always there if you have any problems and is so helpful. I would highly recommend Katie.
Training with Katie
I started with Katie during the first lockdown as my fitness really took a dip as I’m sure many were the same and it was going really well and I get I was going somewhere with her guidance but had to take a break due to some personal stuff but now I’m back and she’s just as good!! Her plans are all personal to yourself and your goals with a workout plan and food plan including treats and foods you think you shouldn’t be having!! warm ups too, everything is there so all you have to do is break through the mental barriers of actually turning up and getting it done but Katie is also there for you on that too!! She’s always there to give you that kick up the backside or anything you need to help you push on!! If you are worried about starting just go for it, I’m already looking forward working off the Christmas food and beer already!!

Amazing! One of the best decisions I’ve made this year was to join the Katie team. I get so much support it’s untrue! The plan is tailored to me and my goals and makes any suggestions or changes needed.

I highly recommend working with Katie whatever your goals are! Since working with her I have grown so much physically and mentally.
