Other web sites open when I open Kayak which is distracting. Slow to load even if no problem with WiFi, data, bandwidth etc. Becoming less competitive as far as finding cheapest.

I switched to KAYAK after TripCase shut down. I was pleasantly satisfied when I first used it. No more waiting at crowded information boards at the airport, many times KAYAK alerts me to flight cha... Ver más

The site was fab and found a really…

The site was fab and found a really good deal but stay forlonger who I paid a deposit with are not providing confirmation of my booking so due to this and numerous emails sent this worries me about using this booking site

Disappointing!!

Only 1 of 3 rooms that I booked with Kayak at the same hotel came through as confirmed, apparently because of a technical issue. I ended up having to pay more for the other 2 rooms because the confirmed room didn't offer free cancellation. Very disappointing Kayak.

Useful Travel App

Kayak is great for organising and tracking you trips and so easy to use. You can allow the app to identify trip related emails, and they will be forwarded automatically and either added to an existing trip or a new one will be created. You can also manally forward emails to Kayak. The downside for me is that you cannot add your own files such as pdf's. Great app though!
