“My journey with Kinetic Chain Release began in 2015, at a time when I was searching for something that could truly make a difference in my health, mobility, and overall wellbeing. From my very first experience, the results were incredible. I felt changes in my body that I hadn’t experienced before — improved movement, less tension, more balance, and a renewed sense of energy. It wasn’t just a physical transformation; it gave me a completely different outlook on health, healing, and the body’s ability to restore itself naturally.

What started as a personal journey soon became a deep passion. The more I experienced the benefits of Kinetic Chain Release, the more I wanted to understand the method and share it with others. I saw how powerful it could be, not only for me but for people from all walks of life — helping them move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies.

That passion eventually led me to train professionally and become a trainer myself. Today, it’s incredibly rewarding to guide others through the same process that changed my own life. Watching people experience positive changes, whether through relief, improved posture, mobility, or simply feeling more connected to their bodies, is something I never take for granted.

KCR helped me immensely. I had chronic neck pain and frozen piriformis on and off for years. I'd tried several other treatments which would bring temporary relief. Both of these issues disappeared after just 2 sessions of KCR. I loved it so much I became a practitioner. Then a trainer. I've seen it transform many peoples lives, including my own. I am so grateful for this modality.

I started my KCR journey in 2016, not knowing it would reshape both my career and my inner life. I trained as a KCR practitioner back in January after massive career switch from working in academia for most of my adult life. KCR had opened doors to me that I didn't know were possible, and I am enjoying building my wee business. Most of all, I love helping people feel better in their bodies, and that's thanks to the skills the KCR Academy taught me. Moreover, the ongoing support and guidance has been amazing. I ask a lot of questions (and I mean a LOT) and someone always gets back to me really quickly. I highly recommend!

I trained with the KCR Academy back in 2012. The course didn't just give me a new therapy tool it changed my whole therapeutic practice as well as me as a person.
I have progressed through the additional KCR courses as they became available and cannot recommend them highly enough.
This is without question my favourite treatment to offer and to receive. If the government made a rule that as a therapist I could only offer one treatment this would be my choice. I learnt more from the KCR Academy than I did in any of my degree's.
The KCR Academy show genuine care and compassion which I haven't found with other educational establishments. The training comes from the heart.
