Ordering was simple and the product was delivered very promptly. Delighted with the gloves I bought.

I completed another purchase from Keela in Sept this year and ordered a MTC Belay 5.0 jacket in XL size.
As always the ordering process online was excellent. Delivery was fast and I was not at all disappointed.
This jacket is awesome! The style and quality is second to none.
I live over the Pennines and wanted a military functional jacket to wear during various expeditions. Firstly the Belay is comfortable to wear, size true to form and built from robust materials providing excellent protection from the elements.
Keela have thought of everything in terms of producing a fit for purpose garment that is waterproof, it has a peaked hood which can be stowed away in the collar. I really like the long underarm ventilation system and the pockets which are just the job for keeping personal possessions and equipment safely stored. I love this jacket having already field tested it in challenging conditions.
I would definitely recommend this company and their products.

Helpful advice regarding availability of this product. I already had a jacket in raspberry so I knew I was getting a good product.
I bought the hi-vis version because I have to walk on roads (National speed limit) to get to areas to walk.

Excellent gilet, sizing spot on(M) and great value.

Keela are great to deal with! I would describe as 'Old School', in a very good way! Good gear, good price and care about customer satisfaction, not shifting stock!
Delivery also very good.

Fast delivery and great customer service….and the jacket is great…yet to fully test it in the rain but it look very up to the job.
One thing to note….check out the sizing of the jackets…i got a Munro and needed to go down one size to get the right fit.

Great product and price with a complimentary pair of socks, excellent.
Downside was using DPD as courier, they are sh*t.

Another great item from Keela Outdoors. Excellent kit as always,- good fit, well made and a reasonable price. They also supply HM Forces and HM Coastguard, which is a real endorsement. Proper kit done properly.

Top experience with Keela. Customer service is great - easy to call up and talk to a real human that actually cares about helping you and knows their stuff; the slick returns process made it easy for me to find the correct fit. They were also very responsive to me ringing up check shipping progress when I needed my order to a tight deadline. The staff member ensured that the order was shipped that same day. I ordered the Mens Stratus jacket. After trying the M, L and XL, I ended up with the L. The jacket itself is very well designed and as waterproof as anything that I've used. Clever details and construction make a huge difference. I tested it for a week in rain and gales in the Torridon area and it performed very well indeed. By the end of the trip I could get into it and confidently face whatever the skies decided to throw at me. Worth knowing that it runs on the warm side for a shell, so (calibrated to the West Highlands) most suited to early Autumn, Winter, Spring.

I have very mixed view on this jacket, as it's great but lacking a little, in fairness it should score 3.5 but I can't give half points/stars.

Negative points

The hoody doesn't look the same as the pictures on the website, colours are slightly different (duller in real life) so I was a little disappointed when I opened the packaging.

There's also no drawstring in the hood or on the waste, which I feel it needs.

The cuffs need to be either elasticated or have holes at the bottoms of the sleeve as they just seem to end and sit open!!

Positives

Very warm for a hoody, fleece inner is very comfortable

More wind resistant than any other hoody than I've had prior to this.

Very robust and will last.

Overall.

It's quite utilitarian and robust, it would certainly be the hoody that you would reach for on a cold dry night when you need to take the dog around the block or pop to the shops in, but personally I feel it needs the drawstrings and elasticated cuff as I've pointed out.

I had 20% off the RRP through a previous Keela purchase, if I'd paid full price I would have been a little more disappointed

On a side note I also got a free pair of socks with the purchase which are very good.

Delighted with my two purchases (cap and fleece). They arrived on time and as described. They're good quality and fit well. Not washed the fleece yet; hoping it's as good afterwards as before.

Superb quality, superb experience overall!
I own jackets from other "fancy" brands and this is way better and durable. I have small children, dogs and cats and I know. Absolutely worth it! Don't think about it, just buy it!

I have had my Keela HART trousers for less than 3 whole 12hr shifts (Paramedic) and have noiticed there is already a hole in the material. I have not done anything strenuous or been around anything sharp at all. Really disappointing as I have wanted a pair for a long time. Is there anything that can be done?
