Went online Saturday 6/6 and went through the process on Keeps to get a prescription for hair loss medication. Website states that a provider will review your account within 24-48 hours. They charged me for the 3 month supply but as of today, 6/12, have not done anything. I emailed customer service twice and each time they tell me they have escalated my claim but still nothing. My account says “waiting for a provider” so I guess they can’t find any providers to prescribe medication. Seems pretty sketchy.

They finally found a provider to prescribe my treatment plan on 6/13, however, they have still not shipped the order.

understand that Keeps is an online retailer and brander ONLY. they do not compound nor package product. This is done by 3rd party pharmacy's and honestly you are not guaranteed what they advertise. I received a blue bottle in a used manilla envelope with prescription label typed and glued to bottle. pills are not branded with the Keeps logo, and they taste like sugar pills. My assumption is that these 3rd party pharmacies are ripping off both the consumer and seller. You would think that at 150 bucks per bottle that Keeps would compound and distribute in house and with branded products. Greed and ignorance and the ability to take advantage of desperate follicle challenged men is why these products exist. I'm sure all brands are the same business model. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT. DON'T BE A SUCKER...KEEPS offers no refunds once purchased.

Do not buy from them, they will take your money and leave you wondering when you are getting your order. when you do call, they say to log into your account and answer the final questions. They will try to sell you ED meds- even if you don’t ask for it. I just wanted something for my hair.
Keeps.com sent me nothing in return of their response. Nothing from trust pilot.

I rescheduled my product for another date because of financial reasons, and it processed fine on my end. They charged me anyways and refuse to refund me even though I rescheduled prior to the due date. I emailed them first thing in the morning when I saw the charge, and theybdid nothing.

Fairly new to Keeps, but their customer service stands out and I think that separates them from other companies in their space. I think I receive a fair amount of products and services for the price point and again, they make checking in extremely easy.

The results and the follow up is spectacular. If you have any questions, they are always just a click away.

Tuesday I had the blood work done and spoke to there doctor. They wanted to prescribe me medication at 200 a month. Told them I wanted to wait and do some research. I ended finding a local doctor that would charge me 80 a month for the same medication. Any way it’s Friday and keeps charged me the 200 without my approval.

Keeps has some excellent hair growth and hair care products at great prices.

Convulted ordering system. Tried to pause, then restart and the system was too confusing. Gave up!

Forced to cancel after getting racing heart and headaches after 1 week. What an expensive waste

great customer service and the products are getting the work done.

It started off good. Had a consult went and did the blood work and was ultimately put on TRT. After about 6 weeks I was finally starting to feel good, I had more energy and started to have a better opinion of myself. I had to go in for more blood work to get a refill and found they over shot the dose causing my testosterone to go too high, so instead of adjusting my dose they took me off of it and will not do TRT for me anymore. Its been 2 and a half weeks off of it now and feel like crap. Dont trust them and find somewhere local to you.

Having me update my information before I can update my plan. Which i did. I picked a New plan. And it said before shipping a blood test and a contact was needed. Didn't have that so ill continue the next day after I go to the pharmacy and get blood results.
Your company REACTIAVED and sending me a 6month supply of my OLD plan from 3 years ago.
Why ship me my old plan when im in the middle of that test and why state nothing will be shipped until spoken to a doctor when yall gonna do it anway.
Eventhough your website states nothing will get shipped until updating my info with the doctor. But yall did it anyway. When I asked for a refund you all just said "oh well. Sorry for the inconvenience." Keeps you are a horrible customer experience. Now im out 200+ for crap I can't use. I hope you all rot in hell freaking scammers.

Buyer Beware! This company had me meet with a “clinician” who would not tell me the price of treatment. They sent medication and charged my card almost $400. This is bait and switch. So far, customer service has only made excuses and, despite telling me a supervisor would call, sent several emails telling me they weren’t going to do anything.
Do not use this company. Do not. Look elsewhere.

I was looking for testosterone supplement they recommended I try to make my own testosterone or increase it. I said OK sat down with the clinician reviewed and said we'll do a test follow up well receive the medicine. I realize they're gonna send me two months of medicine and only charge you for one that's deceiving really to me so I don't like having to take a pill every day and I'd rather just do an injection once a week ask for my money back they say no my money back is because they charge me for the second month and I had no idea, I wondered why I got 59 pills but I thought it was the promotion that I signed up for which I never received a promotion back so just another shit company

Terrible customer service. They just send you product year after year and change what they send you. When the change didn’t work I was stuck with $100’s of bad product. They don’t take returns, no discussion. Just out of luck.

Try any other solution. They are terrible

They won’t stop emailing me. I have asked repeatedly for them to stop. There is no unsubscribe option in the email.

Keeps is a scam. I ordered their hair growth product and canceled the order within less than 12 hours. Despite this, I was told their pharmacy had already processed the prescription and that my order could not be canceled.
I then stated that I would refuse delivery and return the product, but their customer service informed me that returns were not allowed because it was a prescription item. I contacted the company multiple times and was repeatedly told the matter would be escalated for a refund review. Shortly thereafter, I received an email stating they would not issue a refund.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I made every reasonable effort to cancel the order promptly and resolve the matter professionally, yet the company refused to provide any meaningful assistance or flexibility.
I will never do business with them again. Consumers should think twice before ordering — because they’ll definitely “Keep” your money.

Extremely frustrating experience with Keeps. I was Immediately charged $150 before a doctor reviewed my profile. Once they did, they approved and fulfilled the prescription almost immediately and listed a long list of concerning side effects and claimed that 2 of the products in my treatment plan weren’t FDA approved, without giving me any reasonable opportunity to review the listed side effects and decide whether I actually wanted to proceed. After reading through the side effects, I messaged the doctor saying I did NOT want to continue and immediately canceled through the website, yet the order was still fulfilled anyway. Customers should absolutely have the ability to review and assess the prescription and side effects before being locked into a shipment. I reached out to support to request a refund and they refused. Very misleading and disappointing experience.
