I can’t recommend Kent Bespoke Shutters enough. The entire experience from quote to fitting was perfect. There was no pressure to buy but they were by far the cheapest of the companies I got quotes from. In my measuring appointment, all my options were explained clearly and I fully understood what I was getting.

The fitter was lovely, very respectful of my home and the finished product looks amazing. I had shutters fitted into a square bay and they look like they’ve always been there. Small touches like lining the shutters up with each window pane really make a difference to the finished look.

I will definitely use KBS again for any further shutters and would 100% recommend.

Had our shutters fitted yesterday by the amazing Chris and Rob. Chris arrived on time and he was very considerate in everything he did even to the point of wearing slippers. He worked the whole morning and was ready for Rob when he arrived at mid-day. They then worked together completing the upstairs shutters and then the large patio door shutters. They removed all the rubbish.
The final finish to each window is superb and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
We had received 2 other quotes before we settled on KBS and are really pleased we decided to use them.
From the initial meeting and quote to the fitting yesterday we have absolutely no complaints.

Rob came along to quote, no hard sell, just useful information to guide you to your final choice. Chris came yesterday to fit, the tidiest fitter ever! Even came with his own slippers (apologies from spaniel Arch as he thought you had brought him a new toy!) And Chris took away all the packaging. Not forgetting Kate as well for superb communication! couldn't be more happy with our new shutters! we have been putting these off for years because we were so worried about the amount of companies offering them but the service we received from Kent bespoke shutters was amazing. when rob came for the initial meeting to discuss designs and measure up it didn't feel like a big sales pitch. he was very patient while we went over all the options available and gave plenty of great honest advice. although slightly delayed (about a week) we were kept informed and rob couldn't be more apologetic when he came to fit them. were fitted and gone within an hour and respectful of our home leaving it spotless when they left. thank you again and will be recommending to anyone who needs shutters.

As with my order 9 months ago, KBS provided a first rate, streamlined ordering service without any issues. We got what we wanted, on time at a sensible price. Installation was excellent too, turned up when they said they would, no fuss, no rubbish left behind and friendly service too.

From quote, to order, to install, Rob and Chris did a great job. Having used the 2 large blind/shutter companies ( lets just call them "H" and "TS) for my other windows, I can tell you the difference in price and quality is worlds apart. Bespoke shutters were cheaper, better quality, come with a 5 year guarantee and the customer service is perfect and compared to others actually exists!
I highly recommend this company, don't bother with the large corporates, support a small local business who is getting it right.

Without a shadow of a doubt having shutters fitted by Bespoke shutters is the best thing I’ve done. Fitted beautifully & so quickly, they look so smart. Highly recommend them.
