Great service and quality fitting and materials. We were always kept informed of how things were progressing with the order. Quite a wait for them, but they are made to order, so only to be expected.

The whole team were great, from start to finish, and the shutters are fab!

We are really pleased with the product and must pass our special thanks to Chris who installed the shutters within an hour. He was polite, professional and clean, removing all the waste products. We must also applaud the initial survey as not only was the measure precise, he explained all the options of blade size, hinge, colour, base material and opening options.
In essence we would certainly use your company again and have a second estimate for our bedroom window, which we need to change before ordering the shutters.

Kent bespoke shutters were actually recommended by a few friends and we stupidly went with a slightly cheaper company, which turned out to be an absolute nightmare. But Rob came back over 6 months after he first gave us a quote, helped talk through what we wanted and didn’t want after being burned by the other company. They honoured our first quote even though it would be almost a year after quoting that the shutters would be fitted.
Chris and Rob turned up on time and worked super fast to get our shutters fitted and left no mess at all. And we are SO happy, just great quality material, great workmanship, super professional and reliable. We’re so grateful to Rob and KBS. I’ll recommend to anyone who asks for shutters in Kent.

We recently moved into our home back in September and knew straight away we wanted shutters, Rob came out within 2 weeks of us moving in and we had booked in for our shutters. From the first payment to installation it took around 11 weeks and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
Rob had installed shutters on my parents house and and a few people we know - so we knew we were in safe hands. 10/10 service, reasonably priced, happy customers!
