I love shopping at here for some premade meal ideas! I love to cook (and am pretty good too) but they make quality food that tastes like I made it! I know I'm not getting filler ingredients and that's what keeps me coming back!

Some (definitely not all) really good dishes; HORRIBLE customer service. They don't respond to e-mails, period. They also just changed their delivery window, expecting you to be available to bring in a huge box at 10pm (and then have to unpack it, as the contents cannot be left unrefrigerated/unfrozen). I also understand that they don't treat their workers very well, based on public-facing reviews by former employees. Sorry, but those three things in combination will never be outweighed some excellent and a ton of meh prepared meals.

This is my go to for anything keto. Food is delicious and there’s plenty of options.

Delicious, healthy, keto-approved meals at a fair price. Had great success following a keto diet in the past, and love that I can customize my subscription order given that I'm also pescatarian. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing. 4 of the meals were horrible, 4 were good.

I’m happy all the meals are gluten free!
And that they are already prepared, all that is needed is to heat them up Fantastic!
Unfortunately several dishes with chicken and pork were poor quality with gristle and LOTS of fat. I expect the meat to be much better quality. I’ve had 1 week of their meals and the second week arrived today. If the new meals with meat are not better quality, I will be cancelling my subscription. I did give feedback with a photo of all the fat left from the pork dish, I only got an email apology. No offer for a discounted dish or anything.

Saw the at the Gluten Free show in Ancaster. I sampled their products and was impressed. They answered my questions and provided prompt service when I chose to purchase a few tasty snacks.
