Food is way too salty with way too much sodium; did not like the taste at all. I've contacted the customer service advising I am not satisfied with the product. No remedy/refund was provided. In addition, I have cancelled the subscription and was given a store credit instead of a refund. Why would I need a gift card for a store I do not like and cannot use???
I do not recommend this store and do not recommend it's products.

Great choices and the taste is amazing. The aroma of the food has everyone asking what is that and where can I get . Has made my keto journey easier and healthier

The fact that the leads are all portioned and the customer service us amazing. I can send in a question and honestly within a half an hr someone has replied to me.

The meals are amazing.

Taste of the food is not good. And, they charged $22 (BUTTER CHICKEN - Protein) for that item. Full waste of money. Billing and their concepts are weird, they said they will freeze before “best before” date and they will sell after the date without discount, multiple discounts doesn’t apply and they nowhere mentioned that. We took some items from clearance which is 40% off but when we showed the coupon I got on email, clearance discount got overridden to full price and then my email discount applied. Store associate didn’t mention before we paid the amount otherwise we will make it separate bill. We tried twice and we ended up with bad experience both the times.

I had an issue with my order. I e-mailed ketolybrium about it expecting that just the meal I had an issue with would be refunded. They surpassed my expectations and refunded the order total not just the one meal as well as credited my account 50 dollars. I’ve ordered with them a couple times and this one meal issue I had was an isolated event yet they still went above and beyond anyways. I am so happy with their services :)

Very questionable business practices bordering on scamming and illegal activities. They do not provide refunds. My credit card company opened a chargeback and will be fighting on my behalf. Too many professional meal prep services to use this brand. Never again.

Portions are well balanced. A few of the meals are very strong herb based or taste like chemicals, so I cannot tolerate, which makes it difficult to enjoy.
Otherwise, I like the concept.

All the meals so far have been very tasty. I'm surprised how filling the portions feel. Sometimes I struggle to finish the meal. Excellent variety of meals so you never get bored. Loosing weight and loving it.

Decent experience all around. Love the cheesecake bars! Our only real complaint is that the dishes all taste like coconut oil, which makes everything taste kind of the same. Any entree with cauliflower rice or cabbage (which is most of the meals) tasted so strongly of coconut oil it was off putting. And after a few days of every meal tasting of coconut oil it became unappetizing. Coconut oil in dishes where coconut flavour make sense are fine but it would be great if you used avocado oil or olive oil in some of the dishes to avoid making every dish taste like coconut.

Food is not bad high salt not much variety of vegetables, not liking too much of the aesthetic vegetable but overall not bad keto meal.

La livraison a retardé d’un jour, pendant notre plus chaude journée de l’été dans notre région, ville de Québec.Toute la commande était décongelée et impropre à la consommation. Changez de compagnie de livraison, elle n’est pas fiable. La commande a été plus de 4 jours dans les transports. Pour que même les produits congelés dégèlent c’est la preuve de l’incompétence du transporteur.

Heureusement j’ai été remboursée pour toute ma commande. Moi aussi j’aime votre nourriture, mais j’ai été très déçue par cette livraison désastreuse.
Je verrai dans le futur si je fait à nouveau une commande.
