I love the food and the people who work there!

People there are great and honest! Hoping you keep your MCT energy bottles! Samples were good!

I have been eating Keto for over a year now, and I credit Ketolibriyum.ca for my success. Delicious food, just heat and serve (lazy-man-easy) takes any excuse out of the equation. Now it's easier to eat Keto than it is to cook Mac & Cheese!

Fantastic place to get all my low or no carb food items and sauces and pre made meals. Always a great place for anything I can think of that has would help in a healthy lifestyle

I do enjoy a gluten free facility with having Celiac disease. Loved the chicken parm. The chocolate mousse wasn’t good though very salty. And the poutine was made out of cauliflower and eggs…. Why? Potatoes are vegan! Employee was very friendly and helpful.

Order was filled quickly and the food was great

My daughter and I follow gluten and dairy free diets due to food sensitivities. We had shopped for a while and had a few minutes before heading to an appointment. We wanted to grab something quick to eat but were not able to see anything suitable. We spotted Ketolibriyum and went in... we were thrilled to be able to find something to eat... deconstructed cabbage rolls... it was delicious and really hit the spot!

I never knew there was such a shop, I went in and loved it, tried some products helps to feel not left out. You can eat some as family members

The food is pretty great. Desserts are okay. I wish it was priced more affordable for us low income folks, but it is what it is.

I only liked 4 or 5 of my meals. 3 packages were open and the the other such as the spaghetti thing was not good at all. I like the chili and the pizza mostly.

Size portion and variety are good. Overall not bad.
Some of the dishes were too salty for my taste and the chicken nuggets and calzone's were not my favourite. Strange texture and the chicken nuggets seemed very "processed".

The staff were informative, friendly and helpful!
